Will be renewing
April 24, 2020I moved in from California sight unseen other than a family member check the exterior and peek in the windows. My unit appeared to have been with a long term renter and there were a couple issues that needed to be assessed. They were on it very very quickly. The maintenance staff live on site so my first emergency call they were here in minutes. I can’t blame them for these minor issues as only the tenant would have known about them. Every time I’ve had an issue thereafter, I think it was only ...one, again, they were fast and efficient and respectful. I love the office and maintenance staff. My unit is not upgraded but the rent amount reflects that and it’s very comfortable, clean and spacious. Very happy overall.Property Manager Responded

February 3, 2020I have lived in these apartments for a short while and I absolute love it. The management is kind, courteous, and efficient. They are always their to answer any questions and help me whenever I need and they really strive to create a safe and friendly environment for everyone. Peaceful
December 5, 2019We have been here 10+ years. We enjoy the convenience of the location and the quite atmosphere. The staff over the years have been very helpful. I like that we don’t have to pay for a covered parking space or for trash removal like other places do. I see folks complaining about old, mismatch appliances, if it not broke there is no reason to replace it! We enjoy living here.Property Manager Responded

Working hard to improve
April 22, 2019There is a LOT of work going on at the complex to update everything. In the past 2 months I've had a new toilet and new alarm system put in. Unfortunately still a lot of older things such as popcorn ceilings and walls, those cheap flimsy blinds that break at the slightest touch, and cabinets that have clearly just been painted over (poorly). Excellent apartment complex!
July 16, 2018I adore this apartment complex! I couldn’t have asked for a better first apartment. The staff here are absolutely remarkable and so helpful! Maintenance is quick & easy whenever needed. My 6-month experience
June 16, 2018I moved in on 10/2/17 to a 2-bedroom apartment at the vineyards at trophy club. itchen appliances are old and have dirt that just won't come out. Kitchen cabinet was painted over and over and it also feels like you can never get it properly cleaned. We had heating problems twice, the heater would not keep the temperature in the apartment. The maintenance came to check but again during the night we were freezing inside. When I called the next day the maintenance guy told me they did not have a ...needed part, so I should light up the fire place if I wanted to stay warm. They fixed it a couple day after this occasion. A couple months later we had a leaking on the kitchen ceiling and I opened a new service request for it. After having to call them and let them know we had a problem, the engineer came and sprayed the ceiling with white paint, without any notice of what he would do. The paint was all over my keurig coffee machine and pod drawer. I spoke to the complex manager, Beth, and told her that we needed that fixed as I payed over $100 on my coffee machine. She asked us to bring the machine to her office that she would clean the paint out. Of course, when she returned it to my husband the paint was not out and the machine was all scratched. "If you can't live with it, we will refund you the coffee maker" she said. Well, we could not so she did refunded both. Upon move out, we went to the apartment with Alex, assistant manager, to walk around and show her everything was ok. She told us we would have a $160 charge for carpet cleaning. I could not agree with that, as we had no pets nor had any damage to the carpet in the apartment, so I again spoke to Beth about it. She was adamant and told me that if we had no pets, she could not see a reason for the carpet cleaning fee. What a pleasure surprise that, when they sent me my deposit back, I had the exact $160 amount charged there. From $300 deposit, I received back $50. Not complaining about my water bills, I know they were paid with it, but $160 for carpet cleaning after I spoke to someone is not acceptable. I even called Beth once again to ask about the carpet cleaning and her only response was "I am not responsible for quoting that, the company charged and we charged you" Well, If I can give you my 2 cents on this, move away. Bad decision
December 18, 2017This has to be the worst company to rent an apartment with the Staff both property and property management is Incompetent. My journey started in August with online search the pictures made the complex amazing so i started my process to rent, once I arrived to the DFW area i was given a tour (horrible) apartment was very outdated the washer & dryer provided did match at all one white the other beige. At that time i sent pictures to my spouse and we agreed that it was for us, at that time i asked ...for a refund of my $300 deposit. It’s September now i was told to come receive it, once i get there i was told it didn’t make it, came back a week later it’s a new manager who was clueless of what’s going on so the other (NICE) receptionist who actually showed me the apartment filled her in. She then told me that she submitted the request, I’ll receive my check Oct 10, still no check! I go there she say well it takes up to 30 days so around November 20 i go back no check gets cooperate number called them they say the check hadn’t been processed yet now I’m furious & outraged! Call Last week I was told it’s was in the mail Friday today is Monday 12/18/17 I still hadn’t received a check but i can assure whoever I’m coming with the news crew this week!!Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
