First is first, beautiful place. Very professional staff with a very friendly and welcoming attitude. They will work with you to help you along every step of the way. This is especially for my roommates who are renting our first apartment from here. I've had several previous residences so I'm young but not clueless.
I'll start with negatives and end with positives, as a fore mentioned, there are some major flaws with the design of the complex. The doors are too short, by a good 2 inches for the
...bedrooms and a solid half inch for the front door. This allows bugs, ants, spiders even rolly pollies make their way into the bedrooms. Next flaw, the front door handle is quite flimsy. It has been a month and the darn thing is already wobbly. Next, and most noticeably, how long it takes the water to heat up. I turned on the faucet to use hot water to defrost some frozen food. 30 minutes later with water still colder than the ice caps I am writing this review. I do not know if there is a only one central water heater or what, but I hope I'm not paying for water. Showers take 15 minutes to warm up. Sinks take at least 20. Best to plan ahead.
Now as I mentioned the positives. The apartment comes with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, AND a full size refridgerator! The rooms are not too big, not too small with a living and dining room with plenty of space. The fireplace in the living room works great. For me, the biggest positive is there are no annoying "that guy" neighbors. We all know one/have to deal with one. There are none here. There are only respectful people who know that there is no need for drama. The a/c unit works amazingly.
All in all I have to give this place a 3 our of 5 really because of the water heating issue.
