September 23, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThere is a reason why there are apartments available for lease back to back. Cheap walls and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. Staff will act helpful but I don’t trust them. I’ve had a few run in’s with them when their in a bad mood and Cst service goes out the window. Also, inside drywall is so wack. Easily damages and not worth the money. Trust me if you move in here you will fine yourself moving when the lease is over like everyone else.

They gave a nice pool area with shade and entertainment room. The gym is small but rarely anyone is in there. The neighbors are not nosey unless you park in their spot. Good, but some major flaws.
August 10, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comFirst is first, beautiful place. Very professional staff with a very friendly and welcoming attitude. They will work with you to help you along every step of the way. This is especially for my roommates who are renting our first apartment from here. I've had several previous residences so I'm young but not clueless. I'll start with negatives and end with positives, as a fore mentioned, there are some major flaws with the design of the complex. The doors are too short, by a good 2 inches for the ...bedrooms and a solid half inch for the front door. This allows bugs, ants, spiders even rolly pollies make their way into the bedrooms. Next flaw, the front door handle is quite flimsy. It has been a month and the darn thing is already wobbly. Next, and most noticeably, how long it takes the water to heat up. I turned on the faucet to use hot water to defrost some frozen food. 30 minutes later with water still colder than the ice caps I am writing this review. I do not know if there is a only one central water heater or what, but I hope I'm not paying for water. Showers take 15 minutes to warm up. Sinks take at least 20. Best to plan ahead. Now as I mentioned the positives. The apartment comes with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, AND a full size refridgerator! The rooms are not too big, not too small with a living and dining room with plenty of space. The fireplace in the living room works great. For me, the biggest positive is there are no annoying "that guy" neighbors. We all know one/have to deal with one. There are none here. There are only respectful people who know that there is no need for drama. The a/c unit works amazingly. All in all I have to give this place a 3 our of 5 really because of the water heating issue.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Not worth these prices
August 26, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThey repainted the place and shoved some rocks under the foundation to keep it from falling over, but this place is far from "luxury" quality. There are cheap patch jobs and funny smells in my building. Not worth $2200/mo for sure. They pulled a bait and switch on me when I was picking my unit, so be careful what you look at and what you move into. When I asked to go back to the old unit before I had even moved in, they pointed at the contract and told me how much the switch would cost. When I ...was trying to settle a dispute, the manager said she couldn't help me because "they" won't let her do anything about it. I asked to talk to her boss, and she refused. It took me 5 minutes going around in a circle with her to get the property owner's name (RW Selby), but she still didn't give a number or the name of a contact. To my surprise, she was doing her job as trained. The lady I spoke to at RW Selby's office refused to comment on the manager's behaviour. Then when I brought up the dispute, she said that she couldn't help me and hung up.Read More
