Been here for almost a year now and I can say that it has been super relaxing and I’m so happy that I chose this apartment. They keep it clean, which I love and the neighbors are quiet and super friendly. It’s a small building so you kinda run into the same people all the time lol for being at different complexes, I would say this is probably the most quiet building I’ve lived in the leasing manager Josh is also super friendly and so accommodating. he’s a chill person. Also the maintenance staff are really nice as well. I would recommend living here.

I have lived at the Westbury for over nine years and I have loved it. It's my dream location and I think it's a good value for the area. Our apartment manager, Josh, has been great! He has gone above and beyond to help me with things and I am very thankful to him for his care for the building and all the tenants. I have lived on the first floor as well as the top floor (two different units over the years) and have had an amazing experience in both units! Parking (included in rent!) in the garage ...

is a huge bonus as well, and there's security at night (shoutout Vick the security guard! He is very kind and has helped me several times) I love the building and the people - thankful to Westbury and HPG for a wonderful home!

A friend of mine lives in the building and recommended that I come take a tour, and I'm so glad I did!! Josh gave a great tour, was friendly, so knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome from the start. The application process was smoother and simpler from the other apartment complexes I toured, and Josh was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, always quick to answer my questions and making everything feel so much less stressful. 8 Beautiful Years of My Life

I moved back in 2018 to a one bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with a view of Runyon Canyon. It was my favorite place in all of Los Angeles. Friendly neighbors and always quiet, relaxing, and cozy. It was my home for 8 years before I had to recently leave to another state. But, the area is super centric. You have an LA Fitness, CVS, Target about a 3 minute walk. The Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre, and Dave and Busters are also there. All my friends loved coming to my place to sit at the balcony ...

and watch the sunset or lay in a bean bag next to the fireplace. The manager of the building, Josh, is super sweet and responsive. He was always on top of everything and making sure that your stay was great. He always went above and beyond to help the tenants. I will forever miss this place and hope that one day I can come visit and remember some of my most beautiful and unforgettable memories.

Live here for 2 years! This property is in a good location (albeit Hollywood)- walking distance to Runyon Canyon, the heart of Hollywood Blvd, and freeway entrances! The renovations have helped freshen the overall feel of the building, hopefully the company will continue updating. Elevator is out of order a few times per week

This building has too many problems. 1) Neighbors are noisy. My wife and I couldn't sleep at night. The security guard won't do anything about it. 2) The elevator does not work a few times per month. It didn't work on the day when I moved out. 3) The pipes leak in the bathroom. 4) The dishwasher doesn't work. 5) No hot water. I took a show at my gym on Saturday night. 6) There are roaches in the apartment. 7) The fire alarm rings often because it is not working correctly. I meat to help ...

others. I want to ensure people are aware of all the problems before they move into this building. I hope the landlord fixes all these issues soon. Thank you.

Hello, as manager of the property I can assure everyone we take maintenance requests seriously and can resolve them quickly (often same day). We have a beautiful successful community and that would not be possible if this review accurately reflected our property and its residents. It's unfortunate but this appears to be a someone that does not live here or is associated with us. The environment at Westbury is one where if you run into any issues with your home, our office is here to listen and take action to resolve.

I lived in this in my unit for five years and wanted to leave a review since leaving. Josh the newer manager is a great guy and has definitely set the tone for a for positive changes in the building. It's hard to find a building that's walkable and well run at this price range. I moved in here last month and I love it. The location is great, right near Runyon and close to the freeway. The neighbors are really friendly and management people have been great so far.

The manager, Katharine, is almost never in the office during her posted times. She never leaves a notice when she won't be in the office during that specified time. It is nearly impossible to replace our laundry cards, which had a price increase without letting tenants know. She refuses to return calls or reply with helpful information.
