8 Beautiful Years of My Life
June 6, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI moved back in 2018 to a one bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with a view of Runyon Canyon. It was my favorite place in all of Los Angeles. Friendly neighbors and always quiet, relaxing, and cozy. It was my home for 8 years before I had to recently leave to another state. But, the area is super centric. You have an LA Fitness, CVS, Target about a 3 minute walk. The Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre, and Dave and Busters are also there. All my friends loved coming to my place to sit at the balcony ...and watch the sunset or lay in a bean bag next to the fireplace. The manager of the building, Josh, is super sweet and responsive. He was always on top of everything and making sure that your stay was great. He always went above and beyond to help the tenants. I will forever miss this place and hope that one day I can come visit and remember some of my most beautiful and unforgettable memories.Read More

This property is in a good location (albeit Hollywood)- walking distance to Runyon Canyon, the heart of Hollywood Blvd, and freeway entrances! The renovations have helped freshen the overall feel of the building, hopefully the company will continue updating. While there aren’t in unit W/D, there are multiple machines throughout the building. Most units have a balcony, and having that bit of outdoor space was key, especially for my plants. Josh (building manager) is a great ...guy! Very timely and helpful and definitely made the experience better. Some fixtures are outdated but everything works, and the maintenance team is respectful and timely. Check out this location if you’re looking to move!Read More
Elevator is out of order a few times per week
April 29, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThis building has too many problems. 1) Neighbors are noisy. My wife and I couldn't sleep at night. The security guard won't do anything about it. 2) The elevator does not work a few times per month. It didn't work on the day when I moved out. 3) The pipes leak in the bathroom. 4) The dishwasher doesn't work. 5) No hot water. I took a show at my gym on Saturday night. 6) There are roaches in the apartment. 7) The fire alarm rings often because it is not working correctly. I meat to help ...others. We have a beautiful successful community and that would not be possible if this review accurately reflected our property and its residents. It's unfortunate but this appears to be a someone that does not live here or is associated with us. The environment at Westbury is one where if you run into any issues with your home, our office is here to listen and take action to resolve.
New Manager is a hero

Josh the newer manager is a great guy and has definitely set the tone for a for positive changes in the building. It's hard to find a building that's walkable and well run at this price range. She never leaves a notice when she won't be in the office during that specified time. It is nearly impossible to replace our laundry cards, which had a price increase without letting tenants know.
