New Manager is a hero
December 9, 2025I lived in this in my unit for five years and wanted to leave a review since leaving. Josh the newer manager is a great guy and has definitely set the tone for a for positive changes in the building. It's hard to find a building that's walkable and well run at this price range. They've recently done away with old carpeted hallways to opt for hardwood floors, the building is much cleaner overall these days and one of the best things about this building is how solidly built it was, I never really ...heard my neighbors and they couldn't hear me as well, so it felt very private for apartment living.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Manager is HORRIBLE
February 19, 2018The manager, Katharine, is almost never in the office during her posted times. She never leaves a notice when she won't be in the office during that specified time. It is nearly impossible to replace our laundry cards, which had a price increase without letting tenants know. She refuses to return calls or reply with helpful information.Review from Apartments.com
