Hidden gem
January 23, 2020These apartments are truly a hidden gem. They are nestled away in a quiet neighborhood, yet are convenient to the major interstates, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. My husband and I have lived here for several years now and don't have any complaints. All of our neighbors are friendly and quiet, the rent is very reasonable, the property is kept clean, and the onsite manager, Ms. Becky, is always a joy. She goes above and beyond to make sure that we're happy living here. Wonderful experience at Spring Aire
January 22, 2020I have been at Spring Aire for over 6 months now and I have nothing but good things to say about it. It has quick access to I-459, I-65 and Hwy 31 and yet it is tucked away from all the traffic. Miss Becky has always been helpful whenever I needed anything and will go out of her way to accommodate you. It's a quiet place to live and maintenance always gets the job done. January 19, 2020The location is perfect, close to I65 and I459. The apartments are very spacious. The manager Ms Becky is extremely friendly and polite. Always looking out to help the residents. Well kept secret in Vestavia, Al
January 18, 2020I was so surprised with the this Apartment complex... Ms. Becky was so polite and pleasant while working with to on my decision to make this my new home... she told me about the renovation that was being done to empty units and boy she was right the before and after was amazing!!! Ms. Becky is AWSOME!! and truly cares about her tenants... I love living here, it's quite and everyone makes you feel welcome... dont let the old reviews kept you from coming, because things are changing... I have leave ...in newer apartments complexes and paid double the rent getting least space and not being able to find a park that was convenient to my apartment, I am so glad I came and speak with Ms. Becky... January 22, 2019I have been living in these apartments for a couple months now and I have nothing but good things to say. It is a small but peaceful apartment community nestled away in a neighborhood. The office lady is quite sweet and will go out of her way to accommodate your needs. Any works orders are done quickly and promptly. I will stay just a little longer.Property Manager Responded
