  • Worst rental experience ever

    Ive had repeated issues since I have moved into this complex June 23, 2023. I have only lived here almost two months and there is a roach infestation, I have used their pest control and have a contract with Orkin. I have caulked cracks around the apartments & sealed around my pipes with insulation hoping for results. It has been reported to me that my neighbor has had an infestation prior to me moving in but their pest control doesn’t spray their apartment. I have low water pressure in one of my ...
    bathrooms, with a water leak under my kitchen sink & dishwasher. The leasing office only tells me they will send someone out next day or the following two days & no one comes out. I have called, physically went to the office weekly & emailed assistant manager Vivian arroyo & still nothing is being done for repairs or to rectify the pest situation. Initially they acted clueless as if they weren’t aware of what’s going on, based on countless conversations they are aware of this issue. I’ve also requested for my appliances to be moved to check for holes or cracks around them as that is where roaches thrive & still no one has come to do so. I have purchased caulk, insulation, boric acid, bombed my apartment with roach fogger, used sonic devices to deter them and I still have roaches. I’ve also received additional charges on my rent statements for charges not designated on my lease.

  • DON'T MOVE HERE!

    If you're able to get an apartment on the second floor, lucky you! If you get an apartment on the first floor, be prepared to battle flood problems whenever it rains! Be prepared to live with flood! Bad management, all that matters to them is the rent, that's all! The property manager is a rookie! so unprofessional, rude and such a bad personality. This apartment community will frustrate your life. This is by far the most unsecured apartment in Texas. I won't even recommend to my greatest enemy. ...

  • Leasing office is never present

    Ever since Tides bought the complex, there has been an increase in trash in the parking lot, no one is ever at the leasing office, and they keep doing maintenance things with 0 regard to people who work from home. The water will be shut off with out notice, they set off a fire alarm doing maintenance and didn’t even warn tenants they were working on electrical. They really don’t care about those of us living here now and they show that in their lack of communication that is brand new to this new ...
    company taking over. The old management was always on top of communication and there to lend a hand when anyone needed it. They’re also increasing the rent for a place that has just carefully painted over mold and is genuinely poorly constructed. The renovations to the cabinets and the new appliances that the previous property management company put in do not increase value, especially when you can’t fully open or close your fridge in some of the units. Stay here if you’re desperate but I’d recommend you look elsewhere first.

    I rescheduled my appt time for 3pm. I got there at 2:58pm & there was a sign on the door saying “Be back at 3:40pm”. I still knocked on the door & a lady walked by, looked at me & kept going. I called & no answered. I knocked again & finally let in saying “I have an appt with Cristina at 3pm.” She never asked me anything. Grabbed keys & walked out the office to show me an apt. She was on her phone the entire time & was very rude & short with me. Didn’t even come inside the apt with me. I knew ...
    then I wasn’t moving here. No washer and dryer at all either.

    We had an appointment there and we waited 45 minutes and talked to 3 different people at the central office and none of them knew anything about where the office people were at the Apartments so I finally just gave up and said screw it they're not getting my money if they don't have good customer service

    I've lived in La Bella Palms for almost 2 years. The office staff is very friendly and always willing to work with you. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. My apartment is very nice, I have a one bedroom one bath, and the office make sure they take care of any problems that may come up. I love the way I can open my balcony door and let in the fresh air. My kitchen and bath are up to date and a joy to use. I love to cook in my kitchen. The floors are well taken care of and kid friendly. My ...
    complex has a lot of kids, the bus comes and picks them up every day right in front. The complex has also offered free swimming lessons for the kids over the summer. The washroom is reasonable and clean.
