We have been here since October of 2016 & so far so good. Our unit building is quiet, and kept clean. Maintenance is always prompt when we have an issue (which have been very few since moving in). The women in the leasing office have always been friendly with my boyfriend and I. Emails are responded to with in 1 business day. The clubhouse is always putting on events on and off site for their residents. The grounds are kept clean and tidy.
My 2 biggest issues
1. We live in the very first
...building right at the entrance.. which is fine but people drive WAY to fast coming in and out. I have almost been hit backing out of my parking space, and I have to proceed with EXTRA caution while walking from my car to my door. I have mentioned this & notices were posted in our buildings but I have seen no change.
2. The school bus picks up and drops off right at the entrance of the complex.. a number of times my boyfriend has been late to work because parents are lined up in front of our cars and refuse to move. There have been a number of times I have had to park further away from my door because parents are parked waiting in our parking spots for the bus to drop off. Obviously if you are not in the 1st building you won't have these problems but it is incredibly frustrating. I feel like there is no reason the bus should not be able to pick up and drop off right outside the leasing office where there is extra parking and will not inconvenience anyone.
Other than those two things our time here has been nice. The neighborhood is quiet, it is a quick five minute drive to downtown Farmington, and overall I feel safe in my apartment. If they could fix the speed issue and the bus issue I would honestly rate this 5 stars.
