Great Apartments
May 4, 2023I have been living at Timberidge for over a year and I am very pleased with my apartment. It is spacious and reasonably priced. The only downside is the speed bumps are a bit too big, and the maintenance can take a while if it isn’t emergent. Otherwise happy living!Property Manager Responded

Multiple problems
September 2, 2020This place is horrible. You can here the rats in the walls at night and I had a leak that ate through my drywall in the bathroom that was never taken care of. There was a "miscommunication" when I first signed my lease causing me to pay for days that I was not there and having to fork over another $300 outside my budget. Reading the move out requirements is also very scary as they will charge you 250 for each wall to paint so better make sure everything is perfect. Plus you will not receive your ...deposit until 3 weeks after you out (if you receive it at all). Lastly the club house that was supposed to take 6 months is still under construction.Property Manager Responded

Please know that we are dedicated to providing our residents with first-class customer service and exceptional rental experiences, even after they leave our community, so we're disheartened to hear that we have some room for improvement. If at any time our residents have concerns regarding the condition of their home, we encourage them to give us a call so our maintenance team can in turn address the issue promptly and to their satisfaction. Our construction team has encountered several delays, and we deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has undoubtedly caused as we cannot wait for our residents and community guests to experience our new clubhouse! We'd also like to clarify that we do not charge $250 per wall upon move out, and we're happy to schedule a walk-through and discuss any concerns you may have regarding your security deposit when you vacate our community next week. Per the lease ...agreement, we return all deposits in a timely manner and we are here to answer any questions you may have about this process. My Review
January 24, 2017We have been here since October of 2016 & so far so good. Our unit building is quiet, and kept clean. Maintenance is always prompt when we have an issue (which have been very few since moving in). The women in the leasing office have always been friendly with my boyfriend and I. Emails are responded to with in 1 business day. The clubhouse is always putting on events on and off site for their residents. The grounds are kept clean and tidy. My 2 biggest issues 1. We live in the very first ...building right at the entrance.. which is fine but people drive WAY to fast coming in and out. I have almost been hit backing out of my parking space, and I have to proceed with EXTRA caution while walking from my car to my door. I have mentioned this & notices were posted in our buildings but I have seen no change. 2. The school bus picks up and drops off right at the entrance of the complex.. a number of times my boyfriend has been late to work because parents are lined up in front of our cars and refuse to move. There have been a number of times I have had to park further away from my door because parents are parked waiting in our parking spots for the bus to drop off. Obviously if you are not in the 1st building you won't have these problems but it is incredibly frustrating. I feel like there is no reason the bus should not be able to pick up and drop off right outside the leasing office where there is extra parking and will not inconvenience anyone. Other than those two things our time here has been nice. The neighborhood is quiet, it is a quick five minute drive to downtown Farmington, and overall I feel safe in my apartment. If they could fix the speed issue and the bus issue I would honestly rate this 5 stars.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Timberidge Apartments
October 12, 2015The Timberidge Apartments are in a well hidden location but close to everything. There is easy access to freeways and there is a lot of shopping center in the area. It is also close to downtown Farminton Hills, MI. The management is making many updates the apartments and it is a safe place for single people to live. There are a variety of families live in the apartment community, yet you so hear a lot of noise. I like living here and will be renewing my lease in a couple months.Review from Apartments.com

August 16, 2015Make sure everything is done before you move in. Otherwise management makes promises just to shut you up. The follow up is horrible. They don"t screen for sub-leases and don't take care of the property except for pictures and around the leasing office.Review from Apartments.com
