Avoid at all costs!!
June 5, 2023Currently waiting for my lease to be up. Will not be renewing!!! Management is very bad here! Maintenance can take months and even requests are not done. I have been here for a little over 6 months, and from the beginning I put in work order and still have not completed. We were told by staff themselves, "your apartment is not as bad as others that need work orders completed." Mine is pretty bad, i can only imagine those that are worse.Reseña de Apartments.com
Awful customer service
November 15, 2021Yes, the apartments are nice. But once you sign the lease, they stop providing any sort of customer service. I've been waiting for over 3 months for them to fix a cabinet in my kitchen and every time I call they say they only have 1 handyman and they have no idea how long it'll be. Yet, I always see multiple people working on empty apartments fixing them up so they can rent them for even more money. They keep closing my work orders without actually fixing anything and I keep having to re-submit ...them. Most of the outdoor lights are broken and the front gate is almost never working. September 3, 2021They don't care about your safety at all. Over 60 exterior lights burnt out in community. Sprinklers flood the streets, parking lot and sidewalk daily, but you can't tell cuz all the lights are out. But put up a 1.5 foot tall lattice on your patio (been up for 18 months) to keep your pet (or child safe) and you get a 3 day notice to remove it.Reseña de Apartments.com

May 14, 2021We have lived here for only 1 month and it has been nothing but a headache from day one. We applied for a unit three months in advance and were promised a fully renovated space when we moved in. The evening before we were scheduled to move in we were told we could not come until 2pm the next day because it was not ready. We had taken off work and only had a half day to move, they did not give even 24 hour notice. I argued since we would be losing time and money but it did not matter. I wrote an ...email to the manager about it in a very professional manner asking to be compensated and was never gotten back to. When we actually got in to the place it was nothing like we were promised. The floors were old ones, the water pressure sucks, my screen door has a massive hole in it and many other problems. Maria said she would schedule maintenance to come and fix these things. She scheduled them on a Friday afternoon, they never showed up, I called on Monday explaining they never showed and she apologized for the inconvenience and said they would come the following Friday. Again the same story. The following Friday I was "ensured by the manager" they would come. I had to call when it was nearing their off time and remind them. The person in the office had no idea about my maintenance request. Seems like management does not know what they are doing or how to communicate with each other. If you don't want a headache and to be constantly dealing with people who just say sorry for the inconvenience but do nothing to change their actions, then find somewhere else. Think twice
March 1, 2021My microwave has been broken for over a month. I reported it broken and it took them 4 weeks to look at it. The guy finally came to look at it ( took him 4 weeks to come look at it for 5 seconds) and ordered a new one . They told me the new one came in and its been another 2 weeks and they still haven’t installed it. I keep calling everyday and they keep saying they will but never do. Seriously going on 5 weeks just to install a microwave. How ridiculous is that. Had throw away a lot of my food ...because it went bad since I don’t have a microwave to cook it. Not worth it
April 2, 2020I’m not sure who’s writing these false reviews, but honestly, this place is not worth the price. It’s a pretty building but they’re still working on it. Construction every week plus the maintenance is extremely loud. Maintenance starts working from 7am-12pm EVERYDAY including weekends. Which means, you will not be able to sleep. don't do it
January 21, 2019this place raises the rent $300 every year and will evict you if your late. I've been here for 3 years and I can't move cuz this place takes ALL my money. the office staff is rude and the secretaries have no idea what to do if you ask to get a repair done. the gates are stuck open so the bumps come in whenever they want and raid the trash dumpsters and make a mess and people come here all hours of the night and either steal from your patio if they can't break in or break into your cars. the ...security cameras are fake so if u get robbed... you're screwed! this place looks nice from the outside, that's how they trap you. don't do it!Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Not a bad place to live
October 22, 2017This is a nice complex. It's fairly quiet (sometimes loud music, screaming children, and door-slamming). The grounds are well-kept and there is plenty of available parking. The units are designed beautifully and are spacious. The community is gated as well (although the gate is frequently out of order and left open). Office and maintenance staff are always nice and respectful - great customer service. Maintenance responds quickly to requests. Overall, for the price and the area, this is a nice ...place to live. Although the complex is nice, this is not a complex for those who don't want to live in a smoking community. Tenants are allowed to smoke inside of their apartments. I'm not sure when these apartments were built, but the ventilation/insulation system is poor. You can smell strong smoke fumes pretty easily from adjacent neighbors who are smoking inside of their apartment. Management doesn't offer any acccomodations other than occasional changing of the air filter. No basic carpet cleaning offered (shame on the corporate office!). If you are a non-smoker, have small children, are pregnant, elderly, ill, or are not willing to tolerate second-hand smoke, I would seriously reconsider moving here.Property Manager Responded

We haven't had many reports of roaches lately. When issues are reported, we treat right away, and our pest control vendor is here every Friday. When we find stray cats, we do our best to catch them in a humane cat trap and drop them off at the animal shelter.
