This is a nice complex. It's fairly quiet (sometimes loud music, screaming children, and door-slamming). The grounds are well-kept and there is plenty of available parking. The units are designed beautifully and are spacious. The community is gated as well (although the gate is frequently out of order and left open). Office and maintenance staff are always nice and respectful - great customer service. Maintenance responds quickly to requests. Overall, for the price and the area, this is a nice
...place to live. Although the complex is nice, this is not a complex for those who don't want to live in a smoking community. Tenants are allowed to smoke inside of their apartments. I'm not sure when these apartments were built, but the ventilation/insulation system is poor. You can smell strong smoke fumes pretty easily from adjacent neighbors who are smoking inside of their apartment. Management doesn't offer any acccomodations other than occasional changing of the air filter. No basic carpet cleaning offered (shame on the corporate office!). If you are a non-smoker, have small children, are pregnant, elderly, ill, or are not willing to tolerate second-hand smoke, I would seriously reconsider moving here.
