The kitchen layout allows for an exceptional amount of cupboard space and the appliances were always in good working order. These apartments are extremely quiet, you hardly ever hear your neighbors, above, below or beside you. Our 2 bedroom apartment was located in a building right on Meadowbrook Road and we only noticed the vehicle traffic noise when we had our windows open, the location was surprisingly quiet given its location. The insulation is fantastic making it a very comfortable apartment building to live in. The "shared space" in the apartments, such as the hallways, stairs and vestibules were always well maintained, clean, and heated and cooled to very comfortable temperatures. The leasing office and maintenance crew are amazing; very easy to work with, extremely helpful and quick to respond. Our first winter we waited to turn on the heat for the first time until 9:00 at night one evening and when we did, the system only blew out cold air, we waited 1 hour to see if it would switch to hot air and it didn't so we called the emergency maintenance line. We got through to the maintenance man on call right away and he came out right away with a space heater in tow. He fixed our heat within 1 hour and we were up and running. The response time for emergencies and none emergencies always impressed us. The apartment location is also very convenient, especially with the Busch's plaza right behind it and the proximity to all the highways. We definitely recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a quality place to live! I almost forgot to mention safety because it isn't something I ever gave any thought to, we always felt save!

The living room is huge, the dining area can seat six without cramping , the master bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate a five piece king-size bedroom set with room to spare and the efficient design of the bathrooms and washer/dryer arrangement really maximize the available space. Each building has sturdy security doors with intercoms and double-locks and peep-holes for each resident ensure a safe environment. Laura and Marcus are always on top of things when any problems arise with an immediate response and a quick and effective resolution. Minutes away from I-275 and I-96 and the best shopping and dining in Novi, Treetop Meadows is a safe, quiet, convenient, and exceptionally well-managed place to call home.
