    I’ve loved my experience at trio pointe so far! The staff is really nice and any maintenance requests are addressed pretty fast. I also love my apartment, it’s super spacious, I got it so I’d have room for a work desk and an art desk. I highly recommend it here!

    Trio Pointe is well appointed, maintained and managed. The team is top-notch, friendly and goes the extra mile for the residents. It’s across the street from Costco, next door to a church and close by major shopping, parks, services and arterials. On a clear day you can see Mt. Hood!

    Maintenance is wonderful at Trio Pointe. The maintenance guys live on-site, and during the day, you might get a wave from one going by. Even for a request that I marked as being only medium importance, maintenance guy came out the very next day! They are also good at coming up with ideas that will help you.

      \"Overall, we have had very little problems. Whenever we had any issues, which have been minor regarding the apartment, we have had quick and professional service. We really appreciate the care the property management and their team take care of the place. It is very pretty and kept very clean. The apartment complex is a very quiet neighborhood and very nice neighbors. We truly appreciate the safety we feel living here. We like that it is a gated community and has a a security team which also watches out for our safety. I enjoy watching others who have dogs and cats, so I don't need to have one. So we are a blended community of both pet owners and pet lovers. HaHa! Love the ability to go for walks in the evening inside the gated community and feel safe. Also like being able to go for walks around the close community. Trio Point is in a great location yet, we have a lot of privacy from regular car and foot traffic. Thanks for all the care the management gives to the community. It is fair ...

    It is a rare thing; To find a place that immediately makes you feel at home nowadays. Trio Pointe gave me exactly that though. I made the leap to relocate to the area from the other side of the country, and Trio Pointe made it an easy choice. Emelia, the leasing agent there, had me even picturing exactly where I would put my furniture, and continued to make me laugh, make me think, and make me excited for a new apartment there. Steller Salesperson, Guys! Tara, one of the managers there, was so ...
    informative and responsive throughout my many questions. I felt like I called so much that she became my Friend! Relocating was a breeze, and the whole experience made me confident and relaxed, in what very well could have been anxious and stressful. Thanks to you all for that! James, the Community Manager is thoughtful, intensely knowledgeable, and is one of those rare landlords that you can Tell he genuinely cares about everyone there. It shows in the community he leads, that's for sure! I moved in, and shortly thereafter a lightbulb went out in my bathroom. I didn't think anything of it, and placed an online maintenance request (which was so easy!). Ben, with maintenance, called me to ask if they could drop by to get that changed for us... 20 Minutes after I placed the ticket. I said yes, and Ken (maybe, Kenny?) was there and the lightbulb was changed... The whole thing was resolved in under an hour! I know few, if any, apartment complexes that have this level of responsive service. Also, I know of very few communities that actually Cultivate COMMUNITY. James, and Team: I don't know where you came from, but you can never leave! You are the example of how a community should be led, operated, and successfully run overall. Truly Amazing! I am so impressed with the staff here, that I didn't even write about my actual apartment. It is extraordinary. Open Space, lots of Storage, Great Light, nice floors... Top notch all around. Move here. Trust me when I say: You will Stay and Love It.

    Our garbage disposal stopped working because we tried putting too many potato peelings through it. The maintenance guy (whose name I cannot remember) looked at the problem, went to get additional tools, unstopped the disposal, cleaned up any mess we'd left and was gone in less than 5 minutes! The disposal works perfectly now.
