        I've been living at Trio Pointe for over 3 years. I absolutely love the location. It's quiet and Camas is such a great town. It's clean, safe, great areas for hiking and fitness, cute little downtown, and close to the Columbia River Gorge. I like how the community is gated, has a pool, hot tub, package hub, clean, and nice staff. The apartments are updated with plenty of space. Any time I needed maintenance it was handled within a good time frame. The rent is at market value. The area is not ...
        cheap to live but for the comfort, security, and location, you just can't beat this place. I really love how close I am to the Gorge. There is so much hiking and other activities to do on the Washington and Oregon side of the river. I've checked out other apartments in the area and Trio Pointe is the best for all the things you get that I mentioned. Overall, I highly recommend.

        The community is beautiful, well kept, and always feels safe. Maintenance is timely and responsive, we've never had to be concerned about the occasional issue being addressed. The main office staff are likewise responsive, helpful, and kind. We appreciate living here and being able to be apart of this community.
