The apartment itself has been great, and one of the biggest things we appreciate is how well the property is maintained. The grounds are always kept clean and organized, which makes the community feel comfortable and cared for. The amenities are also a huge plus and have definitely added to our overall experience living here. Another thing that stands out is the communication from the property management team. They’ve been very clear, ...professional, and consistent whenever maintenance needs to be done or when there are community updates, such as reminders about parking or other property policies. It’s nice living somewhere that feels well managed and where residents are kept informed instead of being left guessing. April 28, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comPaying for higher cost of rent when the gate is broken, paying for assigned parking spaces and the electric bill of outside lighting is ridiculous. Not limited to very poor landscaping working and there’s more mud spaces than grass. What used to be mulch is gone and that causes injury to dog paw pads. The sprinkler hoses are completely visible and not attractive for the cost of rent I pay, does not seem worth it.Property Manager Responded

April 27, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe Trio Pointe community is well maintained. I have nice and helpful neighbors. I have 90% of what I need within a five mile radius. It is quiet but 2-3 miles away you have everything you need for shopping, food and entertainment.
