We just renewed our lease for another year. We appreciate the dog friendly community in our preferred neighborhood. We enjoy the pool in the summertime, and the hot tub year-round. The new access system is very nice too- super convenient to have a mobile app!

Paying for higher cost of rent when the gate is broken, paying for assigned parking spaces and the electric bill of outside lighting is ridiculous. Not limited to very poor landscaping working and there’s more mud spaces than grass. What used to be mulch is gone and that causes injury to dog paw pads. The sprinkler hoses are completely visible and not attractive for the cost of rent I pay, does not seem worth it.
