  • Not worth what you pay for

    Extremely poor maintenance and upkeep. It's nearly impossible to get anyone to actually follow up on maintenance requests. When they do, you have to ask them several times (for months at a time) to come back to properly resolve the issue. Don't even bother with the "workout room," unless you like about 2 pieces of equipment that are practically useless.

  • Really Has gone downhill

    Quality has gone down dramatically in the past two year or so. Some neighbors have garages that are literally a fire/health hazard. There is one specifically that is cringe worthy, seriously. Trash day is horrible, neighbors not picking up their trash cans for days and generally very sloppy. The grounds look shabby with grass not being cut regularly and to be honest I am very happy to have left after 5 years. Oh one more thing after 5 years, yes you read that right 5 years of never missing a ...
    payment, never having any type of complaint against us and being model residents, we asked to have 2 months waived from our last two months as we needed to break our lease in order to buy a house. The denied our request to have 2 months waived. Yes I understand that we had a contract in place, but where is the loyalty to your residents? After 5 unblemished years I expected a bit of leniency. All in all at this time and at this price point I can't recommend this place.

    Turnbury has things really nice... It's very safe... Always clean neighbors enjoyable., and they have an amazing maintenance guys, you can call them or make an appointment online. We're foreigners and I could tell you how difficult is rent for us... But they help us a lot with this

    This apartment complex is hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! First driving into the complex you see the beautiful Victorian style buildings vibrant with clean paint and colors. You then notice the flowers in the landscape at the entrance and near the leasing office. The leasing office is the first building you come to when you enter the complex making it very easy to locate and very accessible if a tenant or future resident needed to speak with a leasing agent.     drive around the quaint circle of the complex you will see all the buildings are maintained well and look beautiful. There are pretty trees and bushes all throughout the complex bringing nature to your front door. The grass and bushes are maintained on a regular basis keeping the neighborhood a beautiful place to take a stroll through. There is a relaxing pond in the center of the complex with wild ducks, storks, and rabbits that are always fun to watch. Turnbury Apartments have a big and clean pool everyone can enjoy during the heat of the summer. If you prefer to relax avoiding the sun you can always use the indoor jacuzzi that is cleaned regularly. To keep your bathing suit body use gym and the state of the art equipment. The apartments themselves are apartments to dream about! Every apartment has their own 1 or 2 car garage. There are many different layouts to chose from ranging between 1 - 3 bedrooms. The rooms are plenty spacious and able to fit a king size bed if you'd like. Apartments have walk in closets and nice entry, linen, and kitchen closets. Each apartment has their own updated washer and dryer in a huge pantry room. The second floor apartments have vaulted ceilings making your home look even more spacious! The living area can fit plenty of seating for any friends and family gatherings you would like to host. If you need your own work space there is an office desk built in for you to use. Each apartment has either a walk out patio and garden section of your very own or a walk out deck where you can eat and sit outside to enjoy the beautiful Michigan weather. As amazing as this place already is, it's the apartment workers that make it a great place to live. The office people are always ready to help with any need you may have. They always get right back to you and do not keep you waiting. The maintenance crew is nothing less than excellent! If there is something needing to be worked on they are on it immediately.     After we sold our house in New York We moved Canton Michigan.We were looking place to live.Suddenly My wife and I have seen "TURNBURY PARK LUXURY APARTMENTS,PLACE TO CALL HOME" Since then we are living Singh Apartment @ Turnbury Park Five years,we are very pleased to live here.The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful.This community has beautiful Club House with a pool,chairs and tables with umbrella.It's like having a vacation.Also very close to a shopping area.     MY APARTMENT IS JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AT THIS TIME IN MY LIFE. I HAVE EVERYTHING ON ONE FLOOR WITH SEPARATION BETWEEN THE MASTER AND SECONDARY BEDROOMS. THE ADDITIONAL AMMENITIES OF THE EXERCISE ROOM, HOT TUB AND POOL MAKE IT EVEN BETTER. IT IS IN A DIVERSE COMMUNITY THAT IS WELL MAINTAINED AND QUIET. I CONSIDER TURNBURY PARK APARTMENTS A GREAT PLACE IN WHICH TO LIVE IN AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE LOOKING TO MOVE INTO AN APARTMENT COMMUNITY.

    Faith and believe in GOD. And when things happen that is out of our control, we have no choice but to trust God to work everything out. So with our realtor still sending us lists of houses that was not in our budget, I prayed and asked the Lord for peace and help us not to worry about where our family is going to live. I will never forget one day while vacuuming the living room floor I felt peaceful that everything IS going to be alright, even if that means moving and living in an apartment. One day while the kids were at school and my husband was at work, I came across a commercial about (apartments.com) with Jeff Goldblum. It was like a lightbulb went off. So I went online and typed in the City, Min and Max budget and number of bedroom.I came across three in the city of Canton, all of which belong to the same company Singh. The first one we looked at was Wyndchase. I was very happy with the service we received from the lady who showed us the apartments. She answered any and all questions we had and she was very friendly. However we were disappointed with the layout of all three apartments shown to us. The second one we looked at was Summit Creek. The layout of the apartment was okay, however we were turned off with the service we received when we walked in the lobby. The young lady who showed us the apartment had her dog there who came out of the office and started barking at us while she stayed in the office. Save the best for Last - TURNBURY. I LOVED the service we received from Ivanna the minute we walked in. I loved the neighborhood, the services Turnbury offered, and last but not least the two apts she showed us, one of which we are renting. I LOVE the open floor plan of the Bristol, the size of the bedrooms, the kitchen, the two car garage and the LOCATION. I even got a chance to meet Mrs. Donna. Turnbury has now become the Rounds family home!

  • Beautiful quiet apartments

    Turnbury is a beautiful apartment complex, that is well kept and is very quiet. The apartment layouts are very nice and spacious. I'm very happy with this choice and I would recommend others to come to Turnbury as well.
