This apartment complex is the epitome of horrible. The only true positive is the proximity to CSU's campus and how close it is to the neighborhood King Soopers. When moving into this complex, I knew that there would be growing pains, especially since this was a brand new complex in the midst of a pandemic. However, I can now attribute a lot of these "growing pains" to actual problems within the complex. For starters, I was an early move in and decided to get into my unit in July. This brings us
...to the rest of this complex... which is horribly disorganized. As I write this review, it is the end of November. I still do not have my mail key! Each time I ask the staff about it, the answer is simply "wait two weeks" (which I have been told since JULY! Hope you new residents don't have bills to pay!) In addition to that, my roommates have constantly had to resubmit forms because the staff loses them, and getting packages is just an inch short of an absolute nightmare. The staff here is disorganized and dismissive, and I have to ask multiple people the same question before I get an answer that even relatively makes sense. We are constantly asked to change our lease via addendums because they didn't do it right the first time. The parking garage is too small and people constantly race to the top, which has caused many near accidents in my car. There's also no guest parking, so be ready to inform your guests that they need to park in an uncovered, relatively unsafe parking lot next to the complex (which you can get towed for). The residents here have little to no regard for the cleanliness of the complex, so also be ready to see empty beer cans and trash bags piled to the ceiling in the garbage rooms. Basically, this complex is essentially an off campus, horribly overpriced dorm. The other matter that needs to be addressed is security. My roommates and I had a roommate move out, and we had an incident in which the police needed to get involved. This apartment complex was completely dismissive of this issue and the roommate still had access to our floor, and then informed us two days later that we would have a new roommate (that ALSO had roommate issues) will be moving into the empty bedroom. Doesn't seem like a huge issue until your scary past KNOWS where you live and obviously has no problem returning and adding a new person with their own issues. You'd be better off finding somewhere else at all costs.
