From day one I have been impressed with not only the apartment but the management as well. Robert was not only extremely nice but was able to work with me as far as setting my lease up, most other places in the area would not have been as considerate to my situation. With this being one of the smaller apartment communities in the area, the staff gets to know the residents and maintenance calls are quickly attended to. ...room. Although the free weights are a little on the older side, the machines (treadmill, elliptical, etc...) are pretty new and there are 2 flat screen TVs on the wall as well. The apartment is great and for the square footage it is far and away cheaper than the other apartments I looked at. Upon move in, there was brand new plush carpet installed and fresh paint on the walls. The faux wood floors were in great condition and the tile in front of the front door looked brand new. The apartment is about 950 sq.ft. with 1.5 baths and a large kitchen with washer and dryer hookups. Appliances are fairly new and in great working order. The back patio is also large with plenty of space to hang out there with a few friends. One great feature of this apartment are the tall ceilings and many windows that keep the place well lit. Upstairs is the loft/bedroom area that has a fireplace and a full bathroom. What makes this apartment really stand out is all of the storage room. There is a large coat closet and large pantry next to the kitchen. There is another large closet where the washer/dryer hook ups are attached to the kitchen as well. Also, there is a large storage closet built underneath the staircase. Upstairs there is a large walk in bedroom closet and another good sized storage closet. As far as safety goes, it is a gated community that is well monitored. In the apartment there are 2 fire alarms as well as 4-5 sprinkler systems (which knocked down my renters insurance!). Also in the apartment is an alarm system. Although an alarm security company isn't included (you set that up yourself), you can still set the alarm to at least make the alarm siren go off (which is fine with me to help deter people trying to enter). The buildings themselves are fairly new and are well insulated. I was initially concerned about the power bill during the hot summer months here in Dallas, but was pleasantly surprised that my power bill was ~$80! Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment
