Horrible
January 12, 2021I left one review about how horrible the complex is now almost three months of leaving heres another review. First they wanted to charge me a Covid cleaning fee which was not in my lease agreement when I moved in becauze Covid was not a thing. Next after I moved out they lost my money ordered I paid and sent it to a collection agency and when I called and discussed it they were rude and said I never gave them the money. Lucky I kept my receipt which most people dont, which I bet they were ...counting on. Now Im not the only one whos had issues with them trying to get extra money from fees when my next door neighbor whole window was cracked and the only thing that kept it from falling and breaking was the screen. Buttom line there not trustworthy people, there rude and its not worth it to stay there. If your reading this thank you this is just my advice to new renters.Property Manager Responded

Awful management
November 3, 2019I’ll start with guest parking, they often change the policy to zero guest parking. Your guests will get towed. Next, they took month to update my account to match my lease agreement and it is still wrong. Facing issues with that now. They charge to pay online, and based on my experiences I don’t trust them to not have a paper receipt when I make payments. There is no drop box for rent. Sunday hours are limited so if the third falls on a Sunday...good luck. The office manager does not like ...confrontation, so they will lie and feign ignorance while sending you to sun ridge management which is just as unhelpful. Don’t apply & move in. It’s a NO-NO.
September 6, 2019We applied there and we learned that we did not get approved but we don't know why. They said they'd send us a letter stating why plus the money we paid for a deposit and credit check fee. We went there in May 2019 and we haven't gotten a letter nor money that we are supposed to get back. It's now end of August and we still don't know why we didn't get approved and the check is out there bouncing around. We had to make a lot of calls to get the check back, and still waiting to this day. We ended ...up staying at our old complex which is more expensive and better managed.Property Manager Responded

October 16, 2018Complete nightmare. There are so many better options in the area. Sunridge management offered us nothing not even an apology for not having our town home available for 20 days after relocating from WI. No call prior to arrival. I have never in my life expirenced such poor customer service.Property Manager Responded

As a new construction community, we unfortunately experienced a delay with the city getting an inspector out to your apartment to issue the CO, allowing anybody to move in to it. We tried our very best to make the most of an awful situation, by giving you an apartment to stay in free of charge as well as a garage to store belongings in at no charge. We know that does not make up for a very rough start to your experience at our community, but hope now that you are settled in, we can start improving it. Thank you for your patience.
