leasing office neglects tenant complaints
November 23, 2025The community is poorly managed, with four or five different iterations of the leasing office in a short time. The property manager is consistently rude, dishonest, and dismissive—always acting too busy to engage with tenants. While efforts are made to attract new residents, there is no genuine attempt to make them feel welcome once they move in. The property itself is uninviting. Concerns are ignored, communication is nonexistent, and accurate information is never provided. For a newer ...community, the standards here are shockingly low.Property Manager Responded

Not the best but not the worst
May 26, 2025It’s a reasonable price for the quality, however the leasing office is always changing, no one knows who the property manager is because we have had so many in just a couple years. There is not enough parking spots for the amount of cars. The dog poop and weed smell is TERRIBLE! There are a lot of kids but not kid friendly. You can tell they gave up on vetting people for the newer side of the buildings because it’s like night and day. The area is great and the maintenance is good.Property Manager Responded

Overall Negative - Poor Quality and Noisy Environment
April 4, 2025I regret moving into this apartment. The walls are so thin that I can hear my neighbors conversations word for word, as well their TVs, music, and even phone vibrations. Privacy is nonexistent here. To make matters worse, there is a serious issue with excessive smoking. Despite supposed policies against it, my apartment constantly smells like pot smoke seeping in from other units. Management does nothing about it as seen from other reviews. The construction is embarrassingly cheap. The doors feel ...like they’re made of cardboard, the countertops chip easily, and the faucets and showerheads seem like the lowest quality options available they barely function properly. Everything feels flimsy and poorly maintained. For the price, (which just went up btw) I expected at least basic comfort, but this place is a nightmare. If you value peace and quality, this is not the place for you.Property Manager Responded

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
February 24, 2024Just moved here recently and the noise & smoking of the neighbors is terrible! There have been multiple occasions I have asked them to do something about it and they continue to say they will, but never follow through on it. I have had to leave my apartment due to the extreme smell of the smoke in it resulting from the neighbors smoking. They DO NOT answer calls. I have called them multiple times on multiple days when they are open and they will only respond to a text message. Extremely ...disappointed! It feels like I have moved into a college dorm room. Unhealthy Smoking Out of Control
December 5, 2023DO NOT MOVE HERE I am a new renter. I was verbally told this is a no smoking complex. The cigarette, cigar, and pot smoking is so bad I wake up choking at night. The cigarette butts litter the cement under the stairs of my building. The second hand smoke actually fills my apartment where there is a haze of smoke! Management said to ask the neighbors to stop smoking. I have asked 8 times. I am laughed at. The cigarette smoke is bad that my bathroom stinks of it. I am coughing all the time. It’s decent.
May 17, 2023I feel like for a brand new place they would do better with their management team and communication. They were so nice when we applied and looked at the place but when we had questions or needed answers after signing the lease, they were rude and unsure of a lot of things that they should probably know. The place is beautiful and in a good area but the guy I talked to on the phone was rude about a miscommunication issue on the front desks end.Property Manager Responded
