DO NOT rent from these apartments. There’s so much bad to say. Roach, mold and water turned off every week for hours galore!
Maintenance never show up, and when they do, they only do “temporary” fixes. Mold grows from the air vents, the water in the bathtub keeps leaking hot water and when they do come and fix it, it’s months later and it’s always a temporary fix. There are roaches everywhere and several neighbors of mine have mice. The water is turned off once or twice a week without notice
...ahead of time or even at all. When we moved in, they said they had shampooed the carpets, but then we found cat poop in the closets and endless clumps of cat hair when we vacuumed. We had to rent a carpet cleaner and the water came out BLACK. Cabinets and drawers are falling apart and have yet to be fixed. The only reason we are still here three years later is because we haven’t had the $$$ to move. When our lease is up, we are GONE. We are so done with these apartments. As I write this, we have no A/C... I have two babies, it’s been off all day and it’s currently 88 degrees out.
Please look into other places to move into.
