Don’t move in
April 17, 2026This is by far the worst apartment I live in. Don’t get me wrong moving in was a breeze welcoming until I got in my apartment had to deal with cold running water for two weeks then all my appliances don’t work I request maintenance still nothing changes I’m over it just waiting on my lease to be over at this point. If your thinking about moving in don’t be fooled by the pictures you will not get what you pay for I’m paying for rent basically cause I can’t use none of my appliances good luckReview from Apartments.com

September 24, 2023No te muestra aquí aunque sea lo último que tengas que hacer. El personal te trata bien solo a tu llegada. Esta solo reparado para la vista. Todo está engañoso llegas y en los días todo se esra cayendo. El agua la quitan sin avisar todas las semanas. El mantenimiento pésimo. Vivo aquí hace un año y es el mismo tiempo que estoy con goteras en el baño sin solución por más wue pido que me solucionen no vienen. Conclusión. No tengo cuando acabar si sigo contando. September 10, 2020DO NOT rent from these apartments. There’s so much bad to say. Roach, mold and water turned off every week for hours galore! Maintenance never show up, and when they do, they only do “temporary” fixes. Mold grows from the air vents, the water in the bathtub keeps leaking hot water and when they do come and fix it, it’s months later and it’s always a temporary fix. There are roaches everywhere and several neighbors of mine have mice. The water is turned off once or twice a week without notice ...ahead of time or even at all. When we moved in, they said they had shampooed the carpets, but then we found cat poop in the closets and endless clumps of cat hair when we vacuumed. We had to rent a carpet cleaner and the water came out BLACK. Cabinets and drawers are falling apart and have yet to be fixed. The only reason we are still here three years later is because we haven’t had the $$$ to move. When our lease is up, we are GONE. We are so done with these apartments. As I write this, we have no A/C... I have two babies, it’s been off all day and it’s currently 88 degrees out. Please look into other places to move into.Property Manager Responded

December 31, 2018DONT MOVE HERE !Management is very Poor I've lived here for 2 years and they have a roach infestation . and their Pipes for the water are old the water heater in each building is shared by 4 apartments.. [i know this b/c they told me by we keep getting cold water] the water gets very cold no hot water.. im being very honest when I say don't move here your spending way to Much money for the amount of money you will spending to Live here. this is why we left.Property Manager Responded

a great place to live
September 25, 2018after reading reviews i decided to go take a tour. The office staff were so nice, I felt like I was at home or with friends.the tour went great and I signed a lease a few days later. the clubhouse blew me away. I dont think I will move again. ALL STAFF ARE AMAZING
September 25, 2018When i need a work order, they fix it, when I need to talk I can go to the office and they take the time to listen to me, the Resident function's are so much fun, I have never lived in a place that cared so much.Property Manager Responded
