    The management has taken a turn for the worst ever since the original owner left. You are never able to get ahold of anyone (I believe there may only be one person who works on there management team) You can’t even get ahold of someone on their emergency after hours line... and if you have a maintenance request, save your breath because even when you put in a request online (how they require you to) they’ll claim they never received it. However when they finally do send someone out which is the ...
    ONE maintenance guy for every job / issue. He jimmy rigs and leaves things completely unfinished..... so after the run around with management you get the maintenance guy who doesn’t know what he’s doing. Also let’s talk about the dog poop..... absolutely DISGUSTING. Supposedly, owners are supposed to be fined and held responsible for dog poop they don’t pick up... that’s a joke. There is dog poop everywhere, I’m not even kidding. Walk through and check it out for yourself. We can’t take out our garbage cans out without stepping in it. We have made numerous complaints and no one does anything. They also no longer monitor the tenants/parking so our street looks totally trashy with 5-6 cars/trucks piling up in a single driveway onto the sidewalks (it looks ridiculous not to mention hazardous when trying to leave). It’s sad really because it’s such a beautiful place so close to the village but sooooo incredibly poorly ran. I see that Amanda responded to another poor review on here stating that she’d be more than happy to talk about it in person... lol ya right. Amanda you never answer or return calls, emails, or voicemails. And when one of your tenants does need something you are rude and condescending.. & not to mention completely unorganized. Hopefully The owners see this and decide to make a change in management.

    I love living here at Verraso Village. Now visiting parking is a different type of monster. I hope in the near future the parking issue has some type of resolution. I really wanted to say how much I appreciate Amanda and all her hard work here at Verraso Village. Amanda has made my stay here very nice and the five months I’ve known her she has always greeted me with a smile she has been professional, friendly, helpful, efficient and in my opinion for what it’s worth she deserves a raise.

    Horrible Management office that does not return security deposits, phone calls, or emails. They are rude and inconsiderate. We were without heating for 6 days in the winter twice because they failed to change the air filters, so the heating unit just shut down. We had to wait until they opened on a Monday to send someone to look at it, then another 3 days for someone else to fix it. They have dog poop everywhere as they do not enforce the rule among the tenants to clean it. They also get all ...
    sorts of tenants to just get tenants. The parking is horrible so if you have guests, they have to park by the plaza on the other side. There is mice in the garage and we had ants all over the unit. Took us weeks to get them send someone to look at it. Still chasing them for over a month to understand what is happening with our security deposit and no one is returning calls or emails. The person on the property lacks basic customer service skills and communication skills, rude and ignorant. By the agreement they need to give the renewal quote 2 months before, but they gave it one month before and increased the rent by almost $350, which is unheard of. Very unprofessional and rude. You can find similar town homes within a mile from this place if you like the area, so don't waste your time and energy on this place.

We have had maintenance procedures in place to address some of the issues you mention here since we took ownership, and have increased these services as a result of the feedback we have received.
