One month in and my AC is broken during a heat warning. Management promised it was fixed—it’s not. They keep creating maintenance requests instead of actually fixing anything.

To provide some context, a sudden and severe storm unexpectedly knocked a large tree down directly onto your building's central AC chiller, completely crushing the unit. Because this required a new chiller replacement rather than a simple repair, it took longer than we would ever want to get it fully operational. However, our team immediately entered a RUSH order for the new component.
Please know that our team worked with HVAC specialists until midnight that day to expedite installation and restore cool air to your home as quickly as possible. In the interim they provided temporary portable AC units to all affected residents and had every bedroom cool by bedtime that evening.
