WARNING BAD AC PROBLEMS& MICE!
August 8, 2025I originally moved in because of the fast move-in availability, which seemed great at the time,but that was the only “great” thing about this place. The staff is consistently unprofessional and rude. When I moved in, the AC/heating unit was broken for three months. The repairman eventually told me it needed electrical work that was never done, which caused more problems toward the end of my lease. There have been multiple mice sightings in my apartment, which I reported several times. The ...“solution” was only spraying the outside of the building, and the issue was never truly addressed. I was promised a washer/dryer hookup, a dishwasher, and a newly remodeled apartment. What I received was a poorly done remodel with floorboards lifting, ceiling vents falling, and bathroom cabinets coming apart. On top of that, my vehicle was broken into three times, my home was broken into, and gunshots are a regular occurrence here. Police and ambulances are in and out of the complex at all hours. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was naïve and swayed by the quick move-in, but let this be a warning,do not be fooled.Property Manager Responded

Infested with mice
March 10, 2023This place is absolutely awful and disgusting. The reviews will not lie to you. Do not move in this place even if it's your last choice. I got my keys in December of 2022. I reported mice in my apartment in January. It is now March and the issue has only gotten worse. The property manager Nathan told me to my face that I was lying about the issue because EPM (environmental pest management) said there was no mice in my unit. I have videos of the mice literally days after EPM left my unit. EPM came ...into my unit about 5 times within 2 months and nothing was fixed. Mice are jumping in and out access holes, running across the countertops. This place is infested. I packed all my stuff and returned the keys back to the office this month 3/2023 because there's no way I could continue to live under those conditions. This has been the worst experience of my life!!!! There's reviews about this complex going back for years about it being infested and its stillcinfeated as of March 2023. Theres trash all outside of the units, windows are always being busted out, kids loud all night outside, I could write a book about my experience. Do not move here!!!!!!!!Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT HERE!!
March 6, 2023If I could give this community -10 stars I would. The office staff is horrible and unprofessional, especially the property manager. The apartments are infested with roaches and mice. The mice literally dance on top of the bait boxes, and then go back into their access holes.. kids are constantly outside being loud and fighting and recently my window was shot out or something was thrown through it while I was out of town for the night. Please stay away from Victoria village!! Renting here will be ...the worst mistake you ever make.Property Manager Responded

Horrible place to live
June 14, 2016When I first moved to Columbus I lived at these apartments for 2 months. I had a 2 bedroom in the basement level of one of the buildings. One of the bedrooms would leak every time it would rain, the whole room would be soaked and reeked of mold. I was able to pull up the carpet (which wasn't properly stapled to the ground) and saw that the entire floor had black mold covering it, it was also making it's way up the wall. I had 5 attempts with the office to get this fixed and couldn't even get ...anyone to come take a look. I couldn't even use this room because of this issue. Finally, after fighting and threats made to sue the apartment complex, I was told that they would send someone in to repair the leak and clean the mold. Their version of fixing the problem was sending in a carpet cleaner, and the carpet cleaner told me that this is the 4th time they have been there to clean the carpets within the last 6 months, and during that time frame I was the 3rd person to live there. Needless to say I fought with the office and got out of my lease after just 2 months of living there. The place also had roaches EVERYWHERE. I also felt unsafe, people were constantly lurking in the hallways drinking and smoking weed. People would also bang on my door at 3am (I wouldn't answer since I lived only and I am a girl in her 20s). Had to call the police a few times to take a look around.
