February 23, 2026I hate the valet garbage service, sometimes they come at 6pm, other days at 11pm. So often I miss them and take out my own garbage- OR the wildlife around attacks the bags outside my door and then they will not pick them up. Its expensive and poorly thought out in my opinion. The office is hard to get ahold of most times. But when you do, they are friendly and helpful.Property Manager Responded

December 31, 2024Incompetent employees. rude and disrespectful. apartments are built like garbage. i hear everything every neighbor does. no upkeep. paint is bad, floors are bad, cabinets are bad, no microwave. will cut off garage locks at every available opportunity and charge you for them. might be worth 500/month, not 1800 for a small apartment built like a house of cards.Property Manager Responded

December 31, 2024Large apartments, lots of parking, nice, friendly staff, great amenities. And, one perk I've never seen anywhere else is nightly valet garbage pickup. You just leave it outside your door and they take it away! I just moved in 2 weeks ago, but I like it here so far.Property Manager Responded
