      I love the team here. I will be very sad when I have to leave. The whole team here is amazing. Very structured, and professional. However it also feels like a family.       Incompetent employees. rude and disrespectful. apartments are built like garbage. i hear everything every neighbor does. no upkeep. paint is bad, floors are bad, cabinets are bad, no microwave. will cut off garage locks at every available opportunity and charge you for them. might be worth 500/month, not 1800 for a small apartment built like a house of cards.

      Large apartments, lots of parking, nice, friendly staff, great amenities. And, one perk I've never seen anywhere else is nightly valet garbage pickup. You just leave it outside your door and they take it away! I just moved in 2 weeks ago, but I like it here so far.

      Easy to schedule a tour! My questions were all answered and I was made well aware of the neighborhood I was moving into. The process went smoothly and we moved in before the month even ended. The management is the best. They care about the community and they even throw small get togethers in the community building so we can get to know our neighbors!

      I would like to know why some residents are no longer have access to the small storage next to their apartments. Because things changes with no explanations. When I first moved in the apartment I was free to use that storage and all of a sudden we received a note telling people to remove their stuffs from their. Those small storage space are so convenient to us.
