  • Terrible place to live

    Cheaply built building, nasty smells like urine. Dog poop everywhere. Homeless bath in the pool and break into cars all the time. Management will scam you and rip you off

  • Proper maintenance concerns

    August 18, 2023
    These apartments have a sewage issue. The hallways smell like a sewer. I had to request several times for the maintenance to fix the problem. They eventually told me that I had to plug my drain to decrease the smell. Many of the residents leave trash in the hallways for hours. The trash dumpsters are often overfilled and takes additional time from waste management to collect and remove it. It causes additional insects to overflow and remain around. They also have issues with pool/jacuzzi and ...
    lock access to the gate often. The pool has been closed several times this Spring/Summer. The don’t sanitize or clean the pool areas daily. They also make you get Cox cable/internet whether you want it or not. It’s an additional fee that they include besides the monthly rent fee.
