        This has been the worst experience apartment I have ever had. Before moving in I had asked three times to see the apartment before I signed the lease, and they kept saying not a problem but I was unable to see it untill after I had signed the lease. As a result I moved in and since moving in have been the sickest I have ever been. The only time I have felt better is when I am not here. Talking to the onsite team was no help as they said it was too expensive to test. I have actually put in a ...

        $75/month sewer fee. OK for neighbors' pot smoke to enter your apartment. Toilets small sized & need to be flushed several times. Doorways narrow. Only slats on balconies so debris can fall to balcony below on that person's outdoor furniture. No storage space. Good luck with parking despite $25 fee. Your space frequently parked in. No parking for guests. Horrible when they decide to pave the parking lots. No place in the meantime to park your car. Wretched landscaping. They charged a fee for that ...
        for a few months. Dead trees. scraggly shrubs. Many people do not put dogs on leashes and do not pick up the poop.

        All I can say is that, I love this place. They are very quick at responding back to my concerns and of course with minimally staffing it can be hard to cover everything at once, but they will ensure to get back with you. In addition to that, they are probably the best and most considerate apartment complex I have rented from. I feel that they assist the situation and provide a solution. They are very nice and clean apartments, have no trouble with neighbors. Only thing is people need to pick up ...

        Stay far away from this place. I honestly don't understand how anyone can give this place 5 stars. Considering just the apartment complex and steep price point, at most you can give this place 3 stars. Interiors were shoddily renovated and they went with the cheapest options for everything. The bathroom is dated, has poor ventilation, and smelled of mildew on the day we moved in. Walls and flooring are thin and you hear every step the people above you take. While the website asks whether you're ...
        "ready to escape the noise of the city", the only thing you hear when you open a window or walk outside is the highway. On top of that, management simply does not do their jobs, so don't expect prompt repairs if you need them. Let me share a couple examples. When we moved in, the door to the bedroom wouldn't shut; it took us 6 months to get it replaced after notifying management numerous times. The replacement door also creaks loudly, so when my partner is doing night shifts we inadvertently wake each other up if we need to go into the bedroom. The towel rack in our bathroom does not stay on the wall. If you just slightly bump into it, it falls off. I've requested it fixed at least 4 times now and they just keep putting it back on the wall without addressing the actual issue. I've given up on it and bought some command hooks to hang my towels. The washer and dryer were both defective and broke after the first couple months. Each took weeks to get replaced and they gave us a second defective washer which has now broken again. Still waiting on getting that replaced. Management is slow to respond and would apparently prioritize owner visits and annual unit inspections over addressing the issues of the people that actually live here. My partner needs clean scrubs in order to do his job. I guess they expect us to go to a laundromat during a pandemic when we specifically selected an apartment with in unit laundry to avoid that. This is literally the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at and I would recommend everyone look for other options before considering living here. We will obviously NOT be renewing our lease.

        I am very happy with the service, professionalism, and generosity shown to me by Lindsey and the rest of the team at the Vue Apartments in Kirkland. For starters, my credit is not in the best place right now, but they were able to work with me and still get me approved very quickly and painlessly with a negligible addition of a half months rent to the security deposit I owed.         herself to create my account for me for my utilities bills, which I thought was a really nice touch and definitely showed an added degree of care to the entire process. The entire time from contacting Lindsey to getting my key to my new place took less than 24 hours, definitely the best experience i've ever had with regards to renting a home! The apartment itself is wonderful, its just the right size for me, has a great kitchen, the whole place was very clean at move in, and I can't recommend them enough if you're a looking for an apartment to rent in the Seattle/Bellevue/Kirkland area.

        From trash overflowing, poor landscaping, vehicle prowl, gutters jammed up so water drains on patios, paint chipped curbs,crown molding with a popcorn ceiling, nothing luxury about this property. And horrible management...Do a drive by and assess for yourself.

      • STAY AWAY!

        Upon move in my stove and washer didn't work, and we had no hot water. We signed a lease 2 weeks before physically moving in, so not sure why this was left unchecked. This should have been the first sign... We went through 3 washing machines while we lived here as they continued to break and seemingly couldn't be fixed. The last time it was replaced, the maintenance team left huge tears in the laminate from dragging the machine across the hallway. At one point our upstairs neighbors flooded ...
        their bathroom and water came pouring out of our bathroom ceiling. This damage occurred in November and the repair was still unfinished when we moved out at end of February. If you need to call someone, good luck! The office doesn't answer or return phone calls. You need to email or physically catch them at the office. While living there, pet stations were CONSTANTLY overflowing with waste, and the poop bags were frequently out. I took it upon myself to replenish waste bags from around the property, and we always had to contact the office to ask them to take out the trash. At one point we were told, "yeah the person who did that doesn't work here anymore, so..." This property is under new management now (as of Feb 2020) and the first time I walked in to give them a check, I was greeted with extremely unfriendly faces and felt like I was a burden. When I inquired about a deposit refund, I was sent a report with insanely overpriced charges, including a WSG bill I had already paid, carpet AND unit cleaning charges (even though we cleaned very thoroughly), and a $350 charge for "partial repaint" which was supposedly to patch the 2 sets of holes I made in the kitchen for storage racks and 1 set for a curtain. We were very clean and very cautious about the care of our apartment. If you can afford it, stay FAR AWAY from here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Sad waste of 1 year of my life and tons of money.

      • Worst managment ever!!

        The worst apartment manager ever. After I lived here for a year and half I moved out. Thinking the deposit of $250 will cover the cleaning. However, the debt collection called me to tell me that I have to pay $375.36 in addition to the deposit. They sent me a report but it wasn't clear at all what they added up to get this amount just for cleaning the apartment. There was no damage done by us while living there. Also, I never got an email or call from the manager or the audit to tell me that I ...
        have this payment due. They just pass it to debt collection. Anyway, I called the apartment and the assistant told me two times that the manager has to call me because she doesn't know anything. The manager didn't call me for a month. Then the third time I called (which is today) talked with the manager and she told me the audit is the one sending the amount to dept collection and now she can't talk with me anything about the situation because the dept collection is the one responsible. I asked her why she didn't call me to let me know that she can't do anything. I waited a month just to get nothing. Anyway, the apartment is ok to live but the management is the worst nightmare. In addition, there is no one you can talk except this so-called manager. Even I asked her if I can talk with the audit but she said had no contact with them. Please shop around before you end here. There is lots of apartment around here.

        Vue Kirkland is a great place to live. Excellent location, right off I-405 and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very quiet and safe. My husband and I have lived here for three years now and haven't had any issues. Management is great and if you need help or something fixed you can expect to get it fixed in the next 24 hours. Spacious floor plans and nicely renovated at a reasonable price in the kirkland area. Pet friendly too, so that's a plus. I always feel welcome here at vue ...
