        Waterleaf is a wonderful complex with mostly lovely residents. The team is really friendly and they aim to please at all times. I do think the outside appearance can be improved and the water soaked section needs to be addressed.

        The leasing office of WATERLEAF at Salt Creek is fantastic and really helpful at all cost. Very neat and nice apartment. They also have 24/7 courtesy officer and maintenance team whom are great at handling situations.         The complex has great potential. The units are brand new and comfortable. I’ve been a resident for 6 months and I would not recommend this community due to a few reasons. Mostly, the inconsistent enforcement of policies and the lack of cleanliness of the amenities. In particular the pool and “resident room”. I believe the policy is 2 visitors per resident, I’ve personally observed that management staff only enforce this for certain people. I have never had an issue, but the disparity is obvious. ...
        Most weekends, there are large groups (20-30) of visitors using all of the amenities for parties - clothes covering the furniture inside the resident room, bags and bags of trash, then office staff going outside to join the party. $2k is too much money to spend on amenities that are basically being used by the public and not kept up. The pool is rarely cleaned, ALWAYS flying ants and dirt in the shallow entry and I’ve had to ask for basic things like toilet paper to be replaced in the bathrooms. Lastly, Mngt seems to laser focus on some things (like no smoking which I don’t) sending multiple emails but then the BIG things that affect the whole community are Mismanaged - like the amenities that we pay a premium price Regularly being UNAVAILABLE (recently for almost a week due to hazardous materials in pool - I’m sure due to parties and visitors drinking and breaking glass or hoards of kids eating in the pool). I referred several people to both GreyStar properties here in Savannah and I truly regret it.

        Waterleaf at Salt Creek is the perfect private oasis in middle of everything. Apartments are new and clean, the staff is approachable and understanding. The location is great because you are minuets from downtown and Pooler, yet it is not overwhelming with traffic or huddle and bustle. You are tucked away safely.

        This has been the best apartment that I have ever stayed in. Amazing apartments and great amenities. They have a 24 hour gym, a pool table, a game room, private work spaces, a resort style pool, and more. You can’t forget the welcoming and helpful environment provided by Arina and Itsy!

        This is a beautiful and amazing apartment complex I love it. The amenities is to die for and the apartment itself is ravishing. I absolutely love it. The front office made my move in easy, it took a minute for me but they were with me every step of the way.

        So far the best decision I’ve made to move to Waterleaf. My apartment is very nice, most especially my kitchen and covered balcony. All rooms are very spacious and very well planned out. I am excited to make this my home.

        Great community, bad job on flooring. Thin glue down is not insulated. You can hear everything step your neighbor upstairs takes. You can hear water draining from their tub.
