Great building, incredibly nice and understanding leasing agents, they will work with you if something seems off so don’t be scared to speak up! But as far as my living experience, there’s lots of flees, spiders/spider webs going up and down the stairs which could freak someone out and potentially cause someone to hurt themselves. I moved into Waterleaf at Salt Creek a few months ago, and I’m really glad I did—I love it here. The office staff are always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is top-notch. The property is consistently well-kept, and the amenities are always clean and ready to use.

I moved in when the property first opened, and am still a resident here, the property is nice, love the amenities and the team is very helpful, maintenance is awesome when needed, but I have not had any major issues where I had to put in any requests. I love the package room makes me feel good knowing my items are secured until I can grab them.

We’ve loved living at Waterleaf for the past year! Our apartment is spacious, with really nice finishes. The soundproofing leaves a bit to be desired but that’s our only reason for knocking off a star. Otherwise we have had a great experience - maintenance requests are handled quickly and we love the amenities! Staff has always been friendly and helpful, and we love the location! Highly recommend!
