Great building, incredibly nice and understanding leasing agents, they will work with you if something seems off so don’t be scared to speak up! But as far as my living experience, there’s lots of flees, spiders/spider webs going up and down the stairs which could freak someone out and potentially cause someone to hurt themselves. People smoking weed below me that I can smell as if they were smoking in my apartment, trash man leaves my trash bin top all over the place after doing his job which is ...
