The only thing this place has got going for it is the price. But I guess you get what you pay for. I had a one bdrm apartment, which includes medium size kitchen. dining room, living room with a walk in closet. I am a single lady living on the first floor, with one cat. My apartment was rob one night when I was out for a late night, but I notice that the screen seemed to be pushed inside a few weeks before the robbery. I just thought that the screen was lose but I didn't know that people was ...
trying to break my way in. So just make sure to ALWAYS lock your windows if you are on the first floor. I had a HUGE RAT infestation and when I told management about it they just came out and place three sticky mouse pads around the place. I had rats in the kitchen under the sink and bathroom behind the tub. There was hundreds of dropping in these location and when I told management they said to just keep the area clean and they will send someone out. Again with the sticky pads that don't work. At night I could hear the rats in the walls and on the ceiling. One rat was stuck on the pad and my cat must have found it and brought it into the small hallway where he was bit by the rat and within four months he gotten sick. I only stayed here one year and I HAD to get out of that place. Then when it was my time to leave management charged me for a whole month as I turned in the keys on the first and not on the last day of the month as I was out of the apartment but I wanted to hand them the keys in person. I HATE AIY Property Management company as the only thing they care about is money and nothing more.

Having 5 grand-daughters it is hard for them all to visit at once, heck it is hard for me alone the apartment is so small. Having the adequate space I could see my grand-daughters more often and even have others to come for a dinner or whatever else I would love to plan. Kind of lonesome when your living space is so tight. My plants and I are not always good company because they get lonely too!

LIVING HERE IS A TRAVESTY! PIPES LEAK, BUGS, INTERCOM ON THE BLINK (4 YEARS), PROPERTY OWNERS NEGLECTFUL, NEIGHBORS TOO YOUNG (NOISEY), NO HEAT IN WINTER (PROPERTY OWNERS REGULATE), LACK OF SECURITY, JUST TO NAME A FEW! JUST TURNED 58 YEARS YOUNG AND WOULD APPRECIATE LIVING AS A SEASONED WOMAN WITH DIGNITY AND SECURED. REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE HERE!

Apartment is shabby I am ashamed to invited people over, and as much as I enjoy people I do not receive company because of my digs. The neighbors are nice, yet I don't want anyone to see how I am living! What a blessing it would be to move into something nice!
