    I’ve had an incredible experience! The management and property staff are truly top-notch — professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. It really makes a difference knowing they care about the residents. The entire property is clean and well-maintained, from the hallways to the common areas.   • Terrible management.

    Terrible, terrible apartments. Charge extra hidden fee unlike any other apartments in the area. Gave me a dirty apartment at move in time and said it was because they needed to fix some appliance. At move out, I cleaned the whole apartment and despite that they charge me a hefty $175 carpet cleaning fee and some $20 utility fee and took all my security deposit. The hallways leading up to the apartments are disgusting, management promised for an entire year they were getting some budget to clean ...
    it but never happened. Dont forget bugs, everytime you open your door a swarm of bugs go in with you. One time also had a snake inside the house. Yes, inside. Apartments inside are old, dusty, poor materials. Don’t think they’ve upgraded too much since 2007. Kitchen is too small, very difficult to cook efficiently and also has poor cabinet space. Management is terrible, the only one trying to be helpful in anyway was Maddison, so if you’re forced to live there on gun point, make sure you try to deal with her, because anyone else will not accommodate you with anything. If anyone needs a more detailed reason on why not to move there, please leave a review and I will personally call you and tell you all the cons about it. Don’t get impressed by the resort looking pictures on the website.

    I would not recommend moving here if you have kids! First of all, we had a mold issue took them forever to take us seriously and get it fixed while we had allergies, itching and a bad cough for months! We Had to even get our own mold kit for them to actually listen to our requests. Our son couldn't run around or play in our apartment without our downstairs neighbors banging or complaining at ALL hours of the day which is horrible when you have a toddler. The walls are so thin I could hear my ...
    next-door neighbor coughing and playing videos games. The complex slapped some paint on the outside of the apartments and want to up charge rent. While the inside is old, and not even updated our stove barley heats up! We found snakeskin in our patio where my son plays. And they don’t do routine pest control sprays you have to ask which is crazy considering we get charged monthly for it. Parking is horrible! The pool is always dirty the water always has dirt with dead bugs and frogs in it. Once I was getting the tub ready for my son's bath and the water was yellow and dirty! The leasing office staff are so unfriendly and rude any help you ask for is an inconvenience to them. I could go on for days on how many issues we’ve had living here! Don’t understand how they have 4 stars. Oh, wait I do they sent out emails constantly asking residents to give them 5 stars. lol

  • Great Place to Live!!! WELcome Home!!!

    This is the very first time that I have rented/lived in an apartment. From day one, my experience with the WEL staff has been wonderful! Madison was very professional, personable, patient :), and very helpful as I navigated through the process to live here. The weekend personal was also very helpful and nice.     heartwarming. I felt the love. It is quiet and serene, the grounds are maintained and the neighbors are very friendly. One thing that impresses me the most are the events that are held on-site and social clubs you can join to get to know the residents. Being a new resident to the Beaumont area, I am very happy that I choose WEL as my home and I would recommend this property to anyone needing a new home. Thank you WEL for making my relocation to Beaumont and my first experience in an apartment setting the best ever!!!

    Just renewed our lease for the third time. My wife and I love this place. Everyone from the office staff to the maintenance personnel are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a safe, friendly, well maintained place to live.

  • Great experience and peaceful living

    My 1 bedroom apartment is small but it is very homey and has everything I need. I love the pool here at West End Lodge and every time I visit the office, everyone is always friendly. Work orders that I've requested have always been taken care of in a timely and professional manner.

  • Love living at West End Lodge

    I love everything about my apartment (2 bed 2 bath)! I’ve been here almost 2 years and have had no problems, the pool is amazing and one of my favorite spots in the summer. I honestly don’t think there is anywhere nicer in Beaumont.

  • Worst management I have ever seen

    The apartments are decently looking, but are not worth the headache of having to put up with the management. Any time I have had to talk to anyone in the office, I have been lied to and disrespected. They think they can make up any excuse and have became rude when pointed out its inaccuracy. Our neighbors just broke lease to leave, and my family will too. I have been in appartments for the past 6 years, and this is by far the worst management I have encountered.   • Gone down.

    When I first moved into these apartments, I loved them! They were so new and the pool was very nice. But then as more people started to move in, I could NEVER find parking. I always had to park extremely far from my apartment. It’s not bad to have to walk all the time, I mean because it’s exercise, but when it’s dark or bad weather I don’t want to walk far every night I get off work just to get into my apartment. I also didn’t appreciate the maintenance/management team. My boyfriend called ...
    maintenance for a broken window and they literally patched it with wood and left it that way for months! I would not recommend these apartments. So glad I no longer live there. Hope this review helps.
