We lived here for almost 5 years and saw the space you get as a big plus. DO NOT FALL FOR THE APPEAL!!! We stayed bc we needed to save for a house. You will have the rudest, most unprofessional office managment you have ever experienced. You will have roaches at some point and they are pinkie sized, not tiny. You will have hidden mold issues which affect anyone with respiratory issues. We have the tests that prove it was affecting our infants health thus the reason we left quickly after
...staying so long. You will NEVER see any deposit money back even if you clean when you leave. They will bill you for everything that is even slightly damaged (paint chips, screen door pull on the screen, discoloring from a water leak on the wall and ceiling) and will send the bill to collections taking you to court if you are unable to pay for damage a security deposit should cover. It is a lot of space and semi quiet ( If you have good neighbors). You WILL REGRET living here for any period of time. We fell for the space and just dealt with the rude ridiculous women in the office but should have read reviews and ran. The best advice i can give anyone is that all though it looks like a good deal you will regret living in Westgate Terrace Apartments.
