    • This listing is misleading.

      December 11, 2023
      Utilities are not included. In fact expect to pay 2-3x for your water bill through their billing company. Some have paid $200 a month for water. Electricity is paid seperatly through KUB. Internet is not included, and there is no high speed option in the old lines. The laundry facility has 8 washers, only 2 work. Rent increased 30% last signing. Maintenance staff is either overworked or incompetent, and definitely friendly. Look elsewhere.

      Rent increase over $100 dollars a month in 3 years. AC is out today while it's 97 degrees, but they don't do calls on the weekends. Expect a work order to be completed within 3-4 weeks, unless they just don't consider it important. It's a revolving door of tenants here, people get smart and move somewhere else. I regret coming here, you will too.

    • Don't fall for this place!

      We lived here for almost 5 years and saw the space you get as a big plus. DO NOT FALL FOR THE APPEAL!!! We stayed bc we needed to save for a house. You will have the rudest, most unprofessional office managment you have ever experienced. You will have roaches at some point and they are pinkie sized, not tiny. You will have hidden mold issues which affect anyone with respiratory issues. We have the tests that prove it was affecting our infants health thus the reason we left quickly after ...
      staying so long. You will NEVER see any deposit money back even if you clean when you leave. They will bill you for everything that is even slightly damaged (paint chips, screen door pull on the screen, discoloring from a water leak on the wall and ceiling) and will send the bill to collections taking you to court if you are unable to pay for damage a security deposit should cover. It is a lot of space and semi quiet ( If you have good neighbors). You WILL REGRET living here for any period of time. We fell for the space and just dealt with the rude ridiculous women in the office but should have read reviews and ran. The best advice i can give anyone is that all though it looks like a good deal you will regret living in Westgate Terrace Apartments.

      Centrally located in Bearden area - right next to I-40. Quiet neighborhood. No common areas - no gym, no club house. Small, rectangular pool. Pet friendly. Maintenance is responsive and prompt. Management actively tries to better the aesthetics/quality of the units (ex. new windows installed).

      I have lived here since 2008. The apartments are huge. They let me keep my dogs, cat and fish here. They are older apartments but still in pretty good shape. It's fairly quite. Only had a bug problem one time and it was because my neighbors brought them with them when they moved in. The maintenance guys are friendly and do a good job. Of course, there is room for improvement but I'd say its the same every where. They went out of their way to get me in when I had no place to go.
