Have been the best since day 1

The neighbours are kind, the service is quick and exceptional and the office manager Jaxson has always been a great help with any questions or problems I’ve had! Very happy with West Haven
July 21, 2021Everyone here has been wonderful. Samantha in the front office is always more than happy to help me with any questions. Maintenance has also done a great job and has been very helpful. Save your Money, do not live here
July 22, 2018I don't know what planet the people below live on, or if they are even really "real" reviews, because my experience has been awful. I've lived here 2 years. I have had the same maintence issued since I moved in. Plumbing issues, that they take a week or two to get to , then do nothing about. Water pours in the sliding glass doors from them removing the balconies, (instead of repairing them....because the health dept. stated they would render the buildings unsafe to live in, if they didn't), ...and mold grows around the sliding glass doors, and soaks the carpets...multiple tenants with sliding glass door on the ground floor have this problem. It takes over 2 weeks for them to get to my new maintenance re-request. I've had some that they have done nothing about in months, because they don't consider them important....like a huge gaping hole in screens. Then there is the issued of water that pours down 3 stories, through the walls, that they've known about since last Fall, and still haven't done anything about. The last re-request to deal with it, was 2 weeks ago, and now my closet and pantry are flooded, and I can't turn on my air conditioner due to the blockage. Now, I have black mold growing 6 feet high on all three walls of the mechanical closet. And if you don't take my advice, I hope you love dogs, and the smell and look of dog poop, because it's everywhere, and the management does nothing to keep it picked up, or to fine the residents for leaving it. I hope you also like the look of siding and shingles falling of the buildings, and landscaping that has died, and weeds that get 3 feet high. I could go on. Save your sanity, and go find a place that cares about YOU, and will listen to you, and keep your home in the condition you would want it in.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
SO Impressed!
June 18, 2018I have now lived at West Haven for a few weeks and love it! So far the best experience I have had as a renter. Neighbors are so friendly, controlled access makes me feel safe, the pool is great, and my dog loves all of the green space! There is a park nearby with awesome trails and convenient businesses around the apartment. I can't hear a peep from my neighbors. I have been continually impressed! West Haven Apartments
August 2, 2015The location is great, easy access to Dodge, and the neighborhood is very safe. I feel comfortable taking my dogs out alone late at night. The apartment itself (1 bedroom) has great space and storage. Clean when we moved in, and no bugs or anything. The buildings are pretty old, so there are a couple soft spots near the sliding doors. There are no balconies, but the sliding doors are still there and it's great for fresh air. The apartments only share one wall with neighbors, which cuts down on ...some noise. Secured entry on the buildings, and only 6 apartments have access to one door. There's a shared washer/drier I'm each area. A little small and expensive, but nice for doing laundry during the week. Maintenance is a little slow, but thy do get things done quickly once they get around to you.
