This place was my first apartment and I have been living here ever since. The neighbours are kind, the service is quick and exceptional and the office manager Jaxson has always been a great help with any questions or problems I’ve had! I don't know what planet the people below live on, or if they are even really "real" reviews, because my experience has been awful. I've lived here 2 years. I have had the same maintence issued since I moved in. Plumbing issues, that they take a week or two to get to , then do nothing about. Water pours in the sliding glass doors from them removing the balconies, (instead of repairing them....because the health dept. stated they would render the buildings unsafe to live in, if they didn't), ...
and mold grows around the sliding glass doors, and soaks the carpets...multiple tenants with sliding glass door on the ground floor have this problem.
It takes over 2 weeks for them to get to my new maintenance re-request. I've had some that they have done nothing about in months, because they don't consider them important....like a huge gaping hole in screens. Then there is the issued of water that pours down 3 stories, through the walls, that they've known about since last Fall, and still haven't done anything about. The last re-request to deal with it, was 2 weeks ago, and now my closet and pantry are flooded, and I can't turn on my air conditioner due to the blockage. Now, I have black mold growing 6 feet high on all three walls of the mechanical closet.
And if you don't take my advice, I hope you love dogs, and the smell and look of dog poop, because it's everywhere, and the management does nothing to keep it picked up, or to fine the residents for leaving it.
I hope you also like the look of siding and shingles falling of the buildings, and landscaping that has died, and weeds that get 3 feet high.
I could go on. Save your sanity, and go find a place that cares about YOU, and will listen to you, and keep your home in the condition you would want it in.

I have now lived at West Haven for a few weeks and love it! So far the best experience I have had as a renter. Neighbors are so friendly, controlled access makes me feel safe, the pool is great, and my dog loves all of the green space! There is a park nearby with awesome trails and convenient businesses around the apartment. I can't hear a peep from my neighbors. I have been continually impressed! Love it here!
