You get what you pay for... bugs crawling in my kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.. basically everywhere... Roaches... Neighbors are trifling and their kids.. one day I saw a mom or what ever let their kids play inside a dumpster... lived here for only 5 months and I hate it... nice apartment but looking for somewhere better...

Great place to live

After my last apartment complex suffered a fire I looked at several properties and this was by far the best one within my price range. It had all the amenities that I needed and the office staff is by far the best i've ever dealt with.

Run fast!

Been here since 2016, and I can’t wait for my lease to end. Bugs everywhere. They’re in the hallway as soon as you enter the building. They crawl into your apartment. Just disgusting. Someone comes and sprays a ton, but I have yet to see any change. Dog poop is all over the lawn, so gross! It is literally everywhere. You have to be very careful where you step. Also dog poop is in the building. Sat there for weeks! Fitness center is a joke. It’s a small room, that’s kind of suffocating. The ...
hours are 9-5, when a lot of people are at work, so there no point to it really. Bed bugs everywhere. Be careful. Pay a little extra money and go elsewhere.

worst stay

I don't even know where to start with this apartment, It was constantly one issue after another. The air conditioning was broken for the majority of my stay in the complex, and the water heater had lots of issues. Worst of all the problems I had in the building was pests, bed bugs and roaches. When I spoke to my neighbor who has been there for a long time, they said that this was an on going issue our building that never fully got taken care of. I voiced my issues with management and they said ...
they would handle it to the best of their abilities but never seemed to fully be serious about the issue so it never got resolved. Management always seemed "busy" juggling another complex so they were not good about returning calls and emails and had trouble answering the phone. The lady in the office even hung up on me when I was telling her about the bed bug situation, not professional at all. After all of these troubles I decided to prematurely end my lease and move out... having to deal with the bed bug situation on my own.... and they still made me pay $1,500 to terminate the lease. By far the worst apartments ever, I ended up loosing my job and sanity throughout this whole ordeal, I would never recommend this to others.

I have really enjoyed living at Westbrooke Glenn Apartment homes. I've lived here for many years now, and it has become home. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They really listen to concerns, repair needs, and are quick to reply and communicate with tenants. I would highly recommend renting here. I enjoy living right in the heart of Johnson County. I'm just a few minutes from virtually anywhere in the metro.

False advertising and poor management

Where do I start? gym is only open 9-5 mon-fri so hardly a privilege. Air conditioner won't work and they keep "fixing" it instead of installing a new one. Dish washer broke took 3 weeks to get new one. Three times now breaker has been pulled and everything in fridge went bad. Literally only bright side is there are no bugs. Neighbors are terrible, management is terrible, and it's overpriced.

LARGE & AFFORDABLE

I HAVE LIVED IN A 2X2 SINCE JUNE AND I ALWAYS GET COMPLIMENTS ON HOW BIG MY APT IS. I HAVE NO PEST ISSUES. MY BILLS STAY LOW. THE OFFICE STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND RESPOND PROMPLY TO MY NEEDS. IF YOUR LOOKING TO SAVE MONEY AND STILL HAVE A LOTTA SPACE CHOOSE WESTBROOKE. I LOVE IT HERE!

Westbrooke Glenn Review

I moved in here January of 2015 and it hasn't been a very pleasant experience for me. Soon as I moved in, I found many cockroaches dead underneath my fridge and the live ones were feeding off of them. They didn't offer to fix the issue, only to spray. I saw more than 20 roaches a day and there was nothing i could do about it. Three months after I moved in there was new management and they started to actually care and take care of my issues. They sprayed more and replaced things that were broken ...
when I moved in. Now I only see a few roaches a month, but it is still disgusting. I advise anyone that wants to live here that they DO have roaches and they are not going to stay away.
