        Frustrating level of non-professionalism Overall I was happy with the apartment complex until recently. The maintenance team has been very helpful. Unfortunately recently there have been numerous parking issues that were severely mishandled. First, the apartment complex staff sent out a communication that all cars needed to be moved in less than two days for parking lot service. Less than 2 days is not nearly an appropriate amount of notice. This resulted in numerous cars needing to be towed ...
        nearby and then retrieved. The staff I spoke to about this were immediately defensive and unapologetic. To address the issue of crowded parking, the solution is to force tenants to pay monthly for a parking spot. This is not in the lease agreement and also very frustrating, with some spots costing hundreds per month. This could have been implemented in a manner were tenants could reserve one spot without having to pay.

        Faucet fix I just wanted to check in regarding the faucet. It looks like the small screen filter that screws onto the end of the faucet is missing, so when the water is turned on halfway it sprays outward. You had mentioned that part would be ordered, so I was just checking to see if it has come in yet. If it has, you’re welcome to tape it to my front door. I can install it myself, it’s very easy. Thanks so much, I appreciate it.

        Love this place! Literally the best apartment I’ve ever lived at. Erin and Amanda are always very responsive and when I bring something up they ask questions to understand and try to help. Previous apartments it would take days to get a response back or a call back. Maintenance is also very responsive and curious and always finding a way to complete the ticket and then some. I put in a request for a drain and they also replaced my lights that were out and fixed my sink just from observation. .

        Amazing Transfer Move into a Bigger Beautiful Space Ok So Erin was my leasing agent. She made made magic happen! I was in need of a larger 2 bedroom as I needed more space for a home office. The unit upstairs with of the park opened up. She helped me through the transfer process step by step and I am just so pleased. She was professional and direct with the process.
