No serious complaints from living here, the apartments are clean and well maintained. The only things I've noticed is a limit of parking availability, it has happened on at least one occasion to me that I get home from work and there are zero spots in the entire lot- the only option to park across the street in the other buildings parking lot.
The location here is really nice though, I like being able to take my puppy out for a potty run at 2 am and not be freaked out being alone.
Speaking of
...dogs, there are a lot of them- it seems everyone has one which I love to see- unfortunately not everyone picks up after them! There is a large amount of waste left around the grassy areas- I'm not sure how this can be enforced. When my sister lived here she said she would pick up her own dogs poop and if she saw someone else's she would grab it too. She moved out because the rent was being increased and they could no longer afford it.
Considering the amount of dogs in the area I am surprised that there are no walkways/sidewalks or even fenced in play area for tenants to use.
Overall a very nice place to live.
