I’ll try to keep this sorta short.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone move here:
- They respond slowly to maintenance issues
- Gate was broken, so a lot security concerns
- They do not clean the ground often, there was broken glass in the parking area for 6+ months
- High turn over with the front office
- Elevator breaks often
- Gym isn’t maintained or cleaned regularly.

...bad and possible mold to do a half job before I left. I’m sure only to get ready for the next tenant. Cut a hole in the living room and left it there for 3-4 weeks. Then did a half cover attempt with dry wall. I had told them about leaks for 9 months and it was never properly addressed.
I moved out, did walk through and was told I should receive my deposit minus last utilities. I feel I shouldn’t owe anything and somehow they are saying my utilities were higher than my deposit. I didn’t even cook so my gas shouldn’t be high and water bill was never high. So it upset me, but I never got a final bill from them but from a collection agency. Which is ridiculous, I was very upset. I’ll pay it just because of the small amount. I tried just letting it go but this was the absolute last straw. So here’s my honest review of my stay.
Only positive was one rep Steve and location to medical center. But there are plenty other Apts in the area.
Also I believe they pay for fake reviews. Not way this should be rated any higher than 2.5 stars.
