The communication during the leasing process was efficient. I had no anxiety throughout the process. I traveled a great distance to get here. It takes more that a quick fix of a door lock to make a place liveable and unfortunately since your purchase of this building the livability of Westview Village has dropped dramatically. Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad
March 9, 2019On our move-in day, our apartment was dirty. There was dust, cobwebs, dirt from past tenants in kitchen drawers, and dead bugs. We spent hours cleaning before we could even unpack our stuff. Multiple things around the apartment were broken or have broken, including both toilets and my closet. After my entire closet collapsed, the closet door almost fell on me. There's no parking and cars park in our one assigned parking spot, for 3 working adults, all the time. Everyone else has the privilege (if ...it really is a privilege) of towing, but we were somehow unable to the one time we wanted to use the service.
