The management here is a joke. A horrible one. pools shut down for 2 years due to some persons misbehaved children. atleast they are nice to look at. My neighbors are the worst I have ever lived around. I have never been so uncomfortable with the place I live EVER. I'm extremely kind and easy to please. When you move, you will not receive back your deposit. Also, the complex will charge you for illegitimate repairs so they can upgrade a very old complex. They will also not communicate these charges to you and send you to collections. I currently have the Arizona AG office opening an investigation.

So in the course of me living here there has been two drug busts here that the employees were not informed of and there has been 2 people shot on December 23 I was told that this was a safe place to live when I moved in here excepting that to be true but that was a lie they do not have security at night there are drug dealers living there I just watched 3 cops swarm some guys door and there are convicted felons living here they say they do there best to keep it safe and so back ground checks but ...

clearly do not care about them if you are looking to live in a nice apartment area with your family I highly suggest not moving here

Within two weeks I realized this move was a huge mistake! I chose to keep all “wood” flooring instead of carpet in my studio...huge mistake. It looks nice but when you mop it absorbs it so quickly the vinyl becomes paper like and tears. I seen huge ROACHES in kitchen and bathroom area!! It’s December as I write this and I’m Still making pest control come EVERY week when possible. In the first two weeks my refrigerator went out, my garbage disposal stopped working, kitchen light fixture went out, ...

large stove top burner went out. To expand on the refrigerator situation..they replaced it..but with a dingy yellow stained piece of crap. Maintenance actually told me they never get new appliances only refurbished....very tacky.

My apt was suppose to be ready 08/25/18, then 08/29 then 09/03, then 09/04. We had to live in a motel during this time, then Lisa just cancelled our apt without our permission. We paid for truck, storage and then motel. And we paid our holding fee which entitles us to our apt.

I just moved in and I love it. Apparently they have a new Manager, named Jody. I think she is great and so friendly. I am defiantly glad I moved here. My apartment is perfect. The grounds look great. I am one happy customer.

This is THE WORST place to live!!! I don't know where to even start. Last night our AC went out. Emergency maintenance doesn't exist here. I left multiple voicemails for them and even went out at 10pm walking around to see if I could find someone because I was that desperate to not have my children subjected to triple digit heat through the night. We have 3 young children. Nobody came. This is at the tail end of a week long nightmare of dealing with bed bugs. I had to keep calling them to ...

have the pest control people come within a few days. When I first called about it they had said they'd have them come on Friday (I was calling on Monday) so they were more than willing to make us wait getting bitten by more bed bugs instead of expediting the pest control. I had to call them again and tell them to have them come the next day...but they made us wait 2 days..I guess to prove a point of how horrible they are. We had a serious ant problem at one point. We found MOLD on the air vents and they still haven't come to deal with it. The appliances are extremely low quality and break often. A drawer literally fell apart and the maintenance guy came in and used a bottle glue to fix it instead of replacing it. The office has been through multiple management teams. I was told by the newest managers that the last people in there were embezzling money. They tried for a solid year to over charge us in rent. We had to bring our lease and receipts every time we went in to pay. There are MANY other issues. Your car certainly isn't safe in the parking lot here. There's been multiple break ins. My car was vandalized and someone witnessed men in a white van scoping out multiple cars (including mine) in broad daylight. When we first moved in they had a nightly security guard that would patrol the parking lot but they got rid of him! They have zero compassion for their tenants. We are finally able to move in hopefully less than a month and I couldn't be happier. Had I been able to move sooner I absolutely would have. We have been stuck in a living nightmare here. Please do yourself and your family a favor and DO NOT move in here!

I want to rent an apartment from this place and was told me they would call me im n a day or so to let me know what apt I was moving into and never called me back and after the move in date was trying to keep my deposit to hold the apt and made so many excuse to me had to go to the bank and stop payment before they keep the money these apts are not the best and charge to much money for the apts told me had a great deal on move in but lied to me and for almost 800 a month you can get a way better ...

than that place to live the manager was really nice but don't know what she doing so look for another place

The pools were closed down by the health department every month this summer. Now, they alternate, letting one pool become disgusting before opening the other, cleaning the first. Several attempts were made at blaming tenants for the results of lack of maintenance, but the truth came out in court. I have been almost a year without a refrigerator. Many door-frames are held together by caulk. The lighting was just fixed after six months of lights shutting off at 3:00 am. I have had a locked ...

bicycle stolen off of my porch and a steering column trashed by an attempted theft. Bullet holes have been found in car windows and a truck and a motorcycle have been torched in the parking lot. Young children run around until late at night with no adult supervision. The police are here on a daily basis. There is signage present advertising as a "crime free" multi-dwelling unit, yet many felons and drug dealers live here. One star is giving this place too much credit!

cons- been there for a year and have had 3 different managers since, one of the managers was stealing rent money, 3 to 12 year olds walking around til 1130pm, domestic violence and people fighting everywhere, apartments are small with old cabinets pro- no bugs, new management is nice, get what you pay for, no assigned parking

I love this complex this is my first time ever renting an apartment. They made it so easy with no hassle at all. I love how big my studio apartment is and i cannot complain about it. They will estimate everything up front with you and they will not change prices. It took me 2 hours to get everything sign and done to get my apartment. The maintence are right on top of everything there is no waiting. I believe this is the best experience ive had living on my own.

A Nightmare On Greenway

A nightmare is mild at best. Moving from the flattest part of Kansas for school, I chose the location based off of location and price. I ignored the (few at the time) reviews, and decided to give them a chance anyways. I quickly became acquainted with the chronic ignorance that flooded the management. To be fair, each of the 12 managers i have been through have started off trying to help the renters of the complex. That quickly turns to defeat. The lack of proper background checks keeps ...

suspicious foot traffic rather high within the area. There is a large list of reasons as to why I have seen 12 managers, as well as countless maintenance staff in the past 3 years. Because of the time frame spent here, i quickly notice that you end up paying out-of-pocket for a good majority of your repairs yourself. This place has not only mentally drained me, but financially as well. A one star rating is generous for this place. If at all possible, do not invest any time or interest in this place.
