large stove top burner went out. To expand on the refrigerator situation..they replaced it..but with a dingy yellow stained piece of crap. Maintenance actually told me they never get new appliances only refurbished....very tacky.

have the pest control people come within a few days. When I first called about it they had said they'd have them come on Friday (I was calling on Monday) so they were more than willing to make us wait getting bitten by more bed bugs instead of expediting the pest control. I had to call them again and tell them to have them come the next day...but they made us wait 2 days..I guess to prove a point of how horrible they are. We had a serious ant problem at one point. We found MOLD on the air vents and they still haven't come to deal with it. The appliances are extremely low quality and break often. A drawer literally fell apart and the maintenance guy came in and used a bottle glue to fix it instead of replacing it. The office has been through multiple management teams. I was told by the newest managers that the last people in there were embezzling money. They tried for a solid year to over charge us in rent. We had to bring our lease and receipts every time we went in to pay. There are MANY other issues. Your car certainly isn't safe in the parking lot here. There's been multiple break ins. My car was vandalized and someone witnessed men in a white van scoping out multiple cars (including mine) in broad daylight. When we first moved in they had a nightly security guard that would patrol the parking lot but they got rid of him! They have zero compassion for their tenants. We are finally able to move in hopefully less than a month and I couldn't be happier. Had I been able to move sooner I absolutely would have. We have been stuck in a living nightmare here. Please do yourself and your family a favor and DO NOT move in here!

than that place to live the manager was really nice but don't know what she doing so look for another place

bicycle stolen off of my porch and a steering column trashed by an attempted theft. Bullet holes have been found in car windows and a truck and a motorcycle have been torched in the parking lot. Young children run around until late at night with no adult supervision. The police are here on a daily basis. There is signage present advertising as a "crime free" multi-dwelling unit, yet many felons and drug dealers live here. One star is giving this place too much credit!

suspicious foot traffic rather high within the area. There is a large list of reasons as to why I have seen 12 managers, as well as countless maintenance staff in the past 3 years. Because of the time frame spent here, i quickly notice that you end up paying out-of-pocket for a good majority of your repairs yourself. This place has not only mentally drained me, but financially as well. A one star rating is generous for this place. If at all possible, do not invest any time or interest in this place.
