        I’m pretty chill, and an easy renter (my rent was on autopay from day 1, I never complained about the perpetually closed hot tub/frat boys and all their non-resident friends overrunning the pool all summer/other tenants/literally anything at all, and I submitted minimal maintenance requests) but this company is terrible. — Maintenance requests are ignored for literal months (I didn’t have a fully working stove most of the time I was there) and when they did show they were too drunk/high to ...
        understand what was going on, on more than one occasion. They were nice, but it’s still kinda sketchy when you’re a single lady and in there alone with them, plus these guys have keys to your apartment. I was also promised a larger fridge at move in, but eventually gave up on ever getting it after months of back and forth. — They get you in for a reasonable price but your renewal rates will be outrageously high, high enough to force a move. Don’t bank on outstaying your lease. — It’s loud, get a top floor unit unless you want to hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes. Sometimes you’re lucky enough to be privy to 3am drunken wrestling matches! ?Lord have mercy on you if you get someone that snores with a bedroom adjacent to your own. — The local staff could be pretty cool, but it’s a revolving door in there. Good luck with the corporate staff, assuming you can get a response from them at all. But you won’t need to worry about that until… — When you move out they’ll charge you for things neither true nor legally allowable, but what are you going to do, take them to small claims? Not if you ever want to rent somewhere else, and they know it. So go for it if you must, but be prepared because they’re going to over-promise, under-deliver, and you’re going to be taken advantage of with no recourse. Have fun!

        These apartments are beautiful and the location is superb. People complain about the parking, but I find the parking to be fine. The only complaint I have is that maintenance requests take weeks to months to be completed if they are completed at all. I would also like to see the clubhouse/pool be professionally maintained so that the hot tub is never broken or gross, the workout equipment is maintained and restocked, the community amenities(basketball court, clubhouse, etc) are organized and ...

        The amenities are exceptional. Jennifer is an excellent face for the community does an excellent job mitigating the issues with her coworkers and maintenance staff constraints. Mannie who works with one of your contractors would be an asset to your maintenance staff. Not only did he level all the drawers that were rubbing and several facia coming off, and other things, he cleaned up after himself. I forget the name of the person who helped me last and he was as exceptional. Got everything ...
