What good is a luxury apartment without a usable restroom?
January 31, 2026One month after moving in here, I left a 5* review for these apartments. Having lived here for 5 months now, it's time to leave an informed review. I love everything about the complex. The apartments are modern, roomy and luxurious. Commute to Manhatten is very convenient. If you like quiet, this is the place to be. I moved here in the middle of a month and the leasing guy was gracious enough to accommodate us with with a last minute move. Because of the quick move in, the minor stuff that ...needed maintenance attention before our move in were not fixed. The property manager at the time promised that he'd "send his boys" to fix them. It's now 5 months, and nobody has come to fix the issues. In fact, none of the "boys" including the manager himself works here anymore. They've left the company. Repairs take forever. I've had to cancel one that took weeks. These are minor and cosmetic issues that do not bother us. However, I feel compelled to leave a review concerning genuine repair requests. I was locked out of the building on the wintry weekend of 01/24/26 because the entrance door code had been changed. We did not receive any communication about this change. Being a weekend, my call to the office for help was directed to the emergency number. The dispatcher called the emergency contact person multiple times but they were unreachable. I stayed in the cold for more than one hour! Nobody showed up. And nobody reached out to me to follow up on this. Our toilet constantly backs up but we've been able to fix it using a plunger before. But today, Friday, 01/30, we were unsuccessful. We reported this to maintenance after 4pm because it's unsable. Ashley, the new manager, was quick to let me know that they're not able to help with the issue because they have other work orders that are pending for the day. She said that the best she could do for us is to make a work order for Monday! Being a 1 BRM unit with one toilet with two people living here, I asked her what we are supposed to do until Monday. She insisted that she could not help us and then added that alternatively, we could contract a plumber to fix the toilet at our own expense! I want to believe that the management is doing the best but tenants pay to receive a service. They pay to receive a good service. Unfortunately, service is nonexistent at 15 William. Rustic Charm!
June 12, 2025I moved in not too long ago, and so far, everything has been good. The building is clean, the infrastructure is solid, and I appreciate the privacy and peace of mind it offers. It's located on a charming block adorned with string lights and beautiful graffiti art that reflects the local culture. As you walk into the building, you can even feel the historic preservation of the neighborhood. I find the minimum requirements for this property to be very fair. I faced a few hiccups during my ...application process when I was getting three different credit scores from three different apps on my end and a completely different score when they pulled my report. However, the leasing manager, Allen, was incredibly patient and kindly ran my report again (a few times actually). Can't thank you enough, Allen! The management company and office appear to be legitimate and professional, with a lot of communication between management and tenants. A few mornings, as I left for work, I noticed the company truck parked out front along with a gentleman in uniform displaying the company logo entering the building. I think it's Tek from Maintenance. I like to see that; it indicates the landlord values and maintains their property. I absolutely love the modern rustic interior aesthetic here! I just have one suggestion; you guys should rotate the sofa so that it’s in the middle of the lobby, facing the elevator and aligns with that second column closest to the mailroom. It would look better ; ) Overall, I am very pleased with the building and the staff. Everything has been going smoothly so far!Property Manager Responded

What can I say
June 8, 2023First, I moved into a disgusting and filthy apartment. Maintenance is slow to fix anything. Random people can enter the building and viscously intimidate and be supported.Property Manager Responded

Safety is our top priority, which is why we have installed a security system and cameras, and only tenants are only allowed in with a key fob. We also prep all of our units to be move-in ready when a tenant leases the space. complaints of stolen mail for over one year
September 20, 2020Nice apartment, but residents packages and mail have been getting stolen for over 1 year and management has chosen to do anything about it. they refuse to put a camera in the mail room. The main entrance door has been broken for weeks and no urgency to fix it. Bottomline is management is unresponsive, but would gladly take your rent on the 1st of the month.Reseña de Apartments.com
