Awful management
November 3, 2019Awful experience with these management. I will not recommend anyone to apply at this place, I really hope everyone read this before considering applying. I applied for an apartment, didn't get any response until the next week because I called them , I thought well maybe they're busy fine then after calling them and asking about the status of my application they said I was approved, I got the letter saying my move in date was 11/01 , cool I was happy, it's was weird that I never got a call just ...the letter but whatever. 10/31 I showed up say hey everything ok to move in tomorrow I haven't get a call, when am I getting the keys Nope that lady tolde we need to check something I'll give a call tomorrow, next day, no calls so it's 11/01 I need to move in so I showed up and guess what ...they said the Apartment wasn't ready it will take a couple weeks !!! I was more that upset!! I had everything packed, hire a couple guys to help me move in, didn't go for work, put utilities start that day and they tell me that It's ridiculous how these people don't care about their jobs!! I couldn't speak to the manager cause she left for the day and it's Friday so what am I going to do Live on the street Management on this place is a joke !!! God I hope someone does something to put these people out of the office, I repeatedly ask to speak with the manager or someone and never let me. Use to be Great
June 30, 2017I have lived here for 3 years and we have stayed because of the Concord school district. This place use to be beautiful, well kept, timely maintenance, and helpful staff before the new company took over. Now its like they dont care about the property or the people and children who play here. Now we have staff that lies to you, doesnt care about the issues you have in your home like a windows that allow rain to pour into my room and hasnt been fixed for over a year despite the many reqeusts ...online(which is even more dangerous for us because my husband and I have sleep apnea machines we have to sleep with and the oulet is right next to where it rains inside), in person, and on the phone. The play grounds are never kept up or cleaned and we have found very many disgusting things left in the playgrounds. Dog poop isnt picked up in the community area of tbe grounds where all the children play, so now my kids can't even enjoy running around in the grass. The windows are so old that they leak and dont insulate well. The office staff can't get their act together and be professional, there is always some reason we have to go back to the office to sign or initial something they forgot and this happens 3 or 4 times everytime we sign something. I'm tired of the way my family and I are treated like we don't matter and the stafety issues in our home dont matter. I will be finding a better place to live once our lease is up and I do not recommend this place. I mean pouring rain in a window for over a year? Really? Williamsburg on the lake Apartments
July 27, 2015Williamsburg have a unique set up with a fenced in little yard which I like and they advertise a sauna which would be nice if it worked. The sauna is not upkept. My unit is outdated the bathroom and kitchen floors have never been updated. I saw two units at Williamsburg that looked really nice which led me to apply with them. I was disappointed to see my unit hasn't been updated. And they raise your rent every year. They do keep the outside looking nice but I see this as false advertising ...because they never send me a letter stating they will make the inside look nice to match the outside. It's a place to live but I wouldn't recommend it for someone wanting a clean fresh fill. Also our we have a bug problem with ear wigs and ants and silver fishLeer MásReseña de Apartments.com

August 23, 2015Beautiful community. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. I couldn't ask for a better place to live they really take care of us here. The landscape is absolutely gorgeous. August 18, 2015I have a two bedroom town house apartment. The rent will go up by 25 with my new lease totaling 790 a month. I am a single mom with two school age kids. They pay the gas which is very helpful during the winter. I have a privacy fenced in small back yard I find very unique and relaxing after work to sit out and tend to my little garden.
