Good budget friendly option
December 11, 2024Me and my partner have lived here for about three months and we love it! The maintenance staff is amazing and will literally do anything they can to help you and the office staff is so sweet. As a young woman safety is a huge thing for me when moving which is part of why I wanted to leave a review and I can honestly say I have never felt unsafe at home here. It is an old building in a wooded area so there are some downsides, definitely keep it clean and be prepared for bugs (but as long as you ...keep it clean and have some insect repellant/traps it’s not a problem). Also, it’s an old building so you can hear your neighbors but only if they’re being loud which in my experience is rare as everyone in the community is pretty respectful of those around them. Another downside if you’re looking at one bedrooms is that there is no washer and dryer inside so you do have to use the laundry facility which tends to have some issues, but if none of those are deal breakers this is a great place to live. These aren’t luxury apartments but the pros outweigh the cons for us and it definitely feels like home. It’s a lot of space for the price (the size of the kitchen alone compared to other apartments for the same price is insane) and it’s off of a main road but the area it’s makes you forget. There’s also multiple gas stations, grocery stores, banks and pharmacies on Ramsey so you’re really close to anything you need. Also the only bills to worry about outside of rent are water and electric since internet is included so that’s a huge bonus. Overall it’s a super cute neighborhood with great staff and if you’re looking for something nice but still affordable I would definitely recommend Willow Run.Property Manager Responded

March 3, 2023We lived in a 1b1b apartment from 2021-2022. We came for the military and I was nervous hearing all the negative things about Fayetteville but I never had any safety concerns at Willow Run. We only moved because we needed more room for our daughter who was born halfway through living there. My only con was there is not a W/D hookup in the 1b1b. My neighbors were friendly along with maintenance and the front desk ladies. The pool is very relaxing but somewhat small for the size of the community, ...it’s good to get there when it first opens for the day. I loved the Amazon package station. The neighborhood is in a great location and it’s one reason I picked it. If we are ever stationed at Bragg again, I would come back to live here.Property Manager Responded

February 16, 2022Where do I start about Willow Run. I have lived here for almost 2 years love it. Wendy, Alexandria,Earlene, AR excellent office personnel and always help me with any issues that I may have or even questions about local things. And as far as the maintenance and grounds crew they are awesome too and they even greet me by name every time. Shout out to Eugene Jack Shannon and George for always keeping things fixed around here if they do happen to go down. The grounds crew are amazing especially ...during the harsh weather they kept the sidewalks clear and that was very helpful. I enjoy all of my interactions with the Willow Run team and enjoy all of the interactions with the other occupants at all of the functions that they have. I can't wait for the pool to open back up for the pool parties and look forward to another vendor party as well. I would recommend staying here to anyone especially if you need to be close to everything from shopping to food as well as Fort Bragg.Property Manager Responded

Kind Staff, Awful Community
March 7, 2021When we first moved into Willow Run, it’s because we were coming from Fort Bragg housing. With all the problems housing on post can have, we expected a better experience off post and did not get that at all. The management and office staff have been very kind, understanding and helpful but the residents at Willow Run are unkind, loud and inconsiderate. We will probably never consider living in apartment style housing again due to our experience at willow run. We have felt unsafe at times, and ...have had to go to extreme measures with security to even be able to sleep at night. I would never live here with children, and if you’re looking for a relaxing place to come home to at the end of a long day, Willow Run is not it.Property Manager Responded

Friendly staff
September 9, 2020In the two years that I have lived in the apartments, I haven’t experienced any problems. It’s been quiet and haven’t had any problems with any of the residents from my buildings or staff. The two times that I have needed maintenance, they responded quickly.Property Manager Responded

Best Location and living experience
July 10, 2020This location has a park walking distance and close to all major shopping needs. If you want to walk you can to the local store. The mantience staff and leasing agents are genuinely nice and quick to response to your needs.Property Manager Responded
