Me and my partner have lived here for about three months and we love it! The maintenance staff is amazing and will literally do anything they can to help you and the office staff is so sweet. As a young woman safety is a huge thing for me when moving which is part of why I wanted to leave a review and I can honestly say I have never felt unsafe at home here. keep it clean and have some insect repellant/traps it’s not a problem). Also, it’s an old building so you can hear your neighbors but only if they’re being loud which in my experience is rare as everyone in the community is pretty respectful of those around them. Another downside if you’re looking at one bedrooms is that there is no washer and dryer inside so you do have to use the laundry facility which tends to have some issues, but if none of those are deal breakers this is a great place to live. These aren’t luxury apartments but the pros outweigh the cons for us and it definitely feels like home. It’s a lot of space for the price (the size of the kitchen alone compared to other apartments for the same price is insane) and it’s off of a main road but the area it’s makes you forget. There’s also multiple gas stations, grocery stores, banks and pharmacies on Ramsey so you’re really close to anything you need. Also the only bills to worry about outside of rent are water and electric since internet is included so that’s a huge bonus. Overall it’s a super cute neighborhood with great staff and if you’re looking for something nice but still affordable I would definitely recommend Willow Run.
