I was nervous to move in here without being able to see it in person (moved from out of state), but I'm not disappointed. The number one issue is parking. If you have two cars, be prepared to park one of them away from your home... and neither are small, you'll likely end up parking it in front of your garage, rather than in it (I have a Jeep compass, and parking it in the garage doesn't leave room for people to get out on both sides.) Storage space is a little questionable if you do make use of
...the garage with your car; if you don't, then you've obviously got a lot of extra storage. One linen closet, and the rest is bedroom closet space (the kitchen has a decent amount of space though, which is great.) The bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms are pretty nice and give you room to add your own extra storage.
Heads up, there is only *one* pond. The listing makes it seem like there's two.
As for noise, be prepared to hear airplanes coming and going, and it feels like the landscapers are here weekly (it's probably more like ever 2 weeks, but it seems like they're always here.)
One pool that's a bit small, but fine. The "club house" is mostly the size of a small living room/kitchenette. We don't really do community events here, even pre-COVID. Some free food, maybe, but not much.
The gym is small but nice and 24hrs.
The biggest problem is complex has is just space. I wish they would've used a few less buildings, and everything would've been great. With people parked on the side of the street, it can be a bit difficult to get around in.
The Wi-Fi comes pre-installed, which has its benefits and downsides (automatically on when you move in is GREAT. Not being able to reset the modem is the Wifi goes out is not.) My layout is personally a little awkward for the living room, I don't know where to put my TV.
Location is great. Easy access to Mall rd, Burlington, 42, Kroger & Florence Mall (along with a lot of other stuff) is right around the corner.
