The property is in a great location - walking distance from Florence Mall and close to so many restaurants, shops, and conveniences. The neighborhood feels quiet and welcoming, which is the perfect balance. A big shout-out to Vee, the property manager - she has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive. $800 heat bill per month
July 29, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comUnfortunately, my experience living in these apartments has been very disappointing. The buildings are old and poorly constructed—thin doors, cheap fixtures like toilet seats, and peeling paint are common throughout. The most serious issue, however, is the complete lack of insulation. During the winter, my heating bills ranged from $550 to $800 per month. When I contacted maintenance, I was simply told to “turn down the heat.” After speaking with several neighbors, I learned that many residents ...face the same issue. The root problems seem to be outdated HVAC systems, lack of insulation, and drafts coming through doors and windows. Management has also been unresponsive and unhelpful—it typically takes 2–3 days to get a call back. Parking is another major frustration; many residents ignore the garage and park in other people’s spots with no enforcement from the office. Overall, this has been the worst rental experience I've had in Kentucky. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.Read More

The neighborhood is quiet, extremely dog-friendly, and well-kept. Maintenance is timely, respectable, professional, and quick, as is the entirety of the staffing team. My children love the nature, the pond, the playground, and hopefully come summer time they'll get to enjoy the outdoor pool. Windridge Townhomes is conveniently placed a minute's drive from stores, ...restaurants, and even religious centers. They even have a 24/7 gym, something I've never seen before. December 3, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI was nervous to move in here without being able to see it in person (moved from out of state), but I'm not disappointed. The number one issue is parking. If you have two cars, be prepared to park one of them away from your home... and neither are small, you'll likely end up parking it in front of your garage, rather than in it (I have a Jeep compass, and parking it in the garage doesn't leave room for people to get out on both sides.) Storage space is a little questionable if you do make use of ...the garage with your car; if you don't, then you've obviously got a lot of extra storage. One linen closet, and the rest is bedroom closet space (the kitchen has a decent amount of space though, which is great.) The bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms are pretty nice and give you room to add your own extra storage. Heads up, there is only *one* pond. The listing makes it seem like there's two. As for noise, be prepared to hear airplanes coming and going, and it feels like the landscapers are here weekly (it's probably more like ever 2 weeks, but it seems like they're always here.) One pool that's a bit small, but fine. The "club house" is mostly the size of a small living room/kitchenette. We don't really do community events here, even pre-COVID. Some free food, maybe, but not much. The gym is small but nice and 24hrs. The biggest problem is complex has is just space. I wish they would've used a few less buildings, and everything would've been great. With people parked on the side of the street, it can be a bit difficult to get around in. The Wi-Fi comes pre-installed, which has its benefits and downsides (automatically on when you move in is GREAT. Not being able to reset the modem is the Wifi goes out is not.) My layout is personally a little awkward for the living room, I don't know where to put my TV. Location is great. Easy access to Mall rd, Burlington, 42, Kroger & Florence Mall (along with a lot of other stuff) is right around the corner.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

July 8, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here 4/18-6/19. Worse decision of my life. Very hot in summer very cold in winter. No place to park. Old broken cars set for months. Nothing done to change it. All they care about is getting the money. Monthly charges never the same. Avoid like a plague
