Big thank you to Jose and Yasil for their work on my unit yesterday. They fixed multiple things like a light bulb that needed replacement, new AC filter, and fixed the toilet with new replacement parts. They went above and beyond to be friendly, professional, efficient, and even helped with a water leak in the shower by sealing it and touching up with new paint. I am very satisfied with their great work and appreciate their efforts to provide excellent services!

I have lived at Windsor Highwoods preserve for the last 18 years. It is a very comfortable convenient community to live in. The community is quite not a lot of traffic and very convenient access to everything local. While living here, you feel like you are a part of the community and not your “typical apartment complex“ it just feels like home.

We have lived here for 6 years and love the apts, our location within the complex, and the quiet neighborhood. Many nice areas to walk, 3 pools to use. Convenient to many stores,restarants, and Dr. offices. Attached garage is a big plus! We love it.!!!

I recently had my air conditioning serviced, and I can’t say enough good things about Aldo. From the start, he was very professional. At first, he thought it might be a simple issue just like the other maintenance guy who came before—but once he realized the problem was much bigger, he didn’t stop until everything was completely fixed the right way. Aldo went above and beyond, making sure the job was done thoroughly. Now my AC is working perfectly, and I can tell he truly cared about doing ...

The office and maintenance staff have been extremely supportive and helpful since moving in a year ago. This is the first time I have lived in an apartment and feel that the rent is worth the experience. We resigned our lease because we had no complaints our first year. Maintenance even took the time to install a brand new AC in ONE day!
